The service center speaks English :)…

The service center speaks English :) that's an advantage that I did not encounter in TF BANK. The app works fine, the enrollment process takes time but very clear and straight forward.

Worse customer service

I haven't been able to register my account because I can't receive the OTP on my mobile number. The customer service email-id is not valid, the interest on my card is raising every day and I get no support from Bank whatsoever.

Easy application.

Though it took about two weeks to get the card after registration. I really recommend. My experience have been nice so far. It's very easy to apply for.

The worst costumer service ever!!!!!

The worst costumer service ever!!!!!
They blocked my credit card one week ago because of 2$ donation to a charity,its been a week im trying to contact them and no response!!!
Ive sent them 25 emails and nothing!
