Pitstop Vehicle Service Center - AMW

The vehicle service aspect quality is pretty good. However there are some improvements to be made in their professionalism, specifically the upstair office staff who seem to be more interested in chatting and sharing gossip than customer service.

Its Amw service station. Quite good.
Weakness after wash the car is taken in side does a good job, but the owners not allowed inside, the owner should be able to show what should be done.change of wheels etc.
I donnt know the latest actions. Will visit end of month.

Avg service, i have to got to separate place to pay my own bill, more than 200m s far, if you want to buy spare part from this place atleast you need one hour time frame, even they don't know the value of time this is little bit simmilar to goverment facility: D

Took 4 hours for the service and they did not have the air filter and AC filter. However the service advisor can source it from outside! He's doing a business. Time to go to a different pitstop

Very Good service done by Mr. Indika, highly recommended for AMW vehicles. Costumer lounge also good. Nescoffe is available for free of charge.

After done my vehicle full service I am waiting here nearly one hour for wheel alignment but not started yet,

No customer waitin area & No spare parts available
I think not suitable place for service

Customer staying while service is difficult. I stayed without water 3 hours for service. Service center can improve better customer staying even covid 19 safety protocols. Pitstop not having nitrogen as tire air last 7 years of my service experience. Management not even think of it. Some spare parts price not matching with market price. Experienced better wash and detailed service at negombo pitstop rather here.

Thay did a good job, Specially Mr. Wijeratne has given very useful information of my car and they keep all the service records of my car in their system.

I really appreciate for chief mechanic Mr Wijerathna who is best for attend your every vehicle mechanical problems. Also this place is renowned place for vehicle service & repair workshop for brand suzuki & Indian maruti vehicle. But they also undertake other vehicles as well. Better to get an appointment before putting your vehicle.

There is no quality Customer services at the office. Office staff not friendly and they westing time also. It must need to improve. So worried about office staff. They will not answer the phones on time. Ground staff are very supportive. Please think about it before booking a service.

Everyone should re-check your vehicle a/c filters, Gear Oil recommend number and other things when you get your vehicle back because the reason is they lie to everyone.really desappointed.

Some of the filters and Gear oil was not available. Had to go back and purchase them again for extra price from there agents.

A busy car service centre, especially for Suzuki vehicles. Courteous and energetic staff: discussion with customers about condition of vehicle. A customer resting area adjoining the office; offers free coffee. Altogether a pleasant experience.

I service my car from this service station. They take care of the service and maintenance. And give us advices as well. I have been using their services for more than a year. The service is quiet good upto now.

I had repaired my vehicle alto 800cc from pitstop matara branch. There is no tyre damages in my car. They exchanged my tyres to damaged tyres. Vehicle examiner garanted that my vehicle is on good condition before i serviced it on pitstop matara branch. Such a shameless doing means they exchanged tyres to damaged same model tyres which were used. I will complain this kind of shameless activity to consumer authority. All know 12 size of tyres are rare in srilanka.and also i can take leagally action because it is obvious they have thoughtfully removed my vehicle front tyres to make have the possibility of facing accidents and giving disturbances to the customer. There is no trust on with your company hereafter. Shameless.

Very good compaired to places like laughs service stations. Pitstop offers you a very reasonable price for their services

I gave 4 stars instead 5, as they are Suzuki authorized dealer in Sri Lanka they are giving good service for the Suzuki cars. But when I went for service my car at last time they did good job except when they handling car parts. If I explained it. One of the guy remove rear side break drum and instead of putting down slowly he let go the drum like one feet above the floor, those are mild steel or cast iron things and can be damage. And other thing I was observed, at any service stations they should know at every time of the service time its a good to rotate the tyre in cross pattern or just front to rear and rear to front bit they didn't until I told them. Other wise everything are good.
