Found the card a helpful addition for paying for items bought. Only downside is the many messages sent to remind me about paying my monthly amount. Other than that satisfied.

I think the fact that they let me lower my credit limit to something that wouldn’t get me into debt, but I’m not really a fan of their APR, over 41%. That’s why small, regular purchases to be paid off will improve my credit score and I will be able to find a 0% card in the future.
Tell me, though, do you reduce your APR if the account is managed well?

Every other credit card that I applied for offered a misely £200.00, but Aqua's decision to offer £900.00 despite my credit history was astonishing and I do not and would not hesitate to recommend Aqua to family and friends

On two consecutive days, 2 days ago and yesterday I received emails from Aqua telling me I have a gold card on its way and should receive it by August 2022. Surprisingly I received my Aqua gold card in August of 2022 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
I believe it’s 2024 now.

Pros- The App and background data interface are very good. Transaction and card payment is populated instantly.
Con- Initial Credit limit was very small. Perhaps higher limit would be useful.
My credit rating is good. There were no defaults or delay of payments at any time.

I think it's great,but I only use it if I really need to,however I would like to know when my first payment is due as I haven't been told this as yet,so I would like to receive a phone call or even to let me know this information.

Don’t get unwell
Not very supportive of aqua I’ve become extremely unwell my circumstances won’t change so I asked for a medical write off all other debtors have been supportive.
I sent all information about my psychosis team. I got declined and was told they only write off for terminally ill people a manager said I should be eligible so I appealed again declined with no explanation and no way of fighting it was told by staff to ring back every 90 days to have the account placed on hold. Not ideal but I’m assuming I have to do this for the rest of my life now. Was such a good company used them back years not sure what else I can do. I can’t talk to that department it’s just a bunch of people making decisions that I can’t fight or question my advice is I wouldn’t use them clearly when you need support the most this company isn’t the one.

Aqua is a life saver I’ve tried different cards but I was denied …. There comes aqua granted me a card and now am using it wisely to help improve my credit score

First the card took ages to arrive and then when I attempted to change the pin via the ATM I got a message saying that my provider would not allow me to change the pin. The result of this is that I have never used the card!
