Request to improve filling logic for AT&T/Ring Central Office@Hand login page

Options

The login page at https://login-officeathand.att.com has two stages. The initial login page asks for the primary account phone number, then the second login page expands to three fields, and 1Password fills them in incorrectly. The three fields are 1) Direct, Fax or Main Number (which is populated with the primary phone number entered on the previous page), 2) Extension (Optional), and 3) Password. When I press Cmd-\, 1Password correctly enters the password in the password field, but it re-enters the primary phone number in the second field (Extension), which is incorrect and causes an unsuccessful login. I have to manually delete that field before signing in. I understand from searching the Knowledgebase that I can't tell 1Password to ignore a specific field, so I'm hoping you can improve the filling logic for this website.

First login page:

Second login page:

1Password Version: 7.8.5 (70805000)
Extension Version: 7.8.5
OS Version: 11.2.3
Sync Type: iCloud

    Hey @1PW_user2021 👋

Thanks for the report! I'm curious which browser you're using along with which version of the extension. I gave it a shot with 1Password in the browser, and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. However, there's a chance you're using an older version of the extension.

Let me know, I'm here to help!

I'm using Safari v14.0.3 (16610.4.3.1.7) along with extension "1Password 7.8.5 from 1Password 7". The extension version matches the 1Password version on my iMac.

    From original post...
    1Password Version: 7.8.5 (70805000)
    Extension Version: 7.8.5
    OS Version: 11.2.3
    Sync Type: iCloud

    Hey @1PW_user2021 ,

I tested this in Safari and when saving a new login things do seem to work correctly. Here's one of my tests: http://recordit.co/a5ukhWuqTV
If you'd like to replicate my steps in this video, you will probably need to delete the current login item you have stored in 1Password for this website so you will get the "Save in 1Password" button to show up like it does in my video.

Thank you for testing this. I deleted the current login item and replicated your steps, and now it is working correctly. Maybe it was some element in the saved web form details that was causing the previous behavior. I'm satisfied with this result, so thank you for your advice.
