Terms and Conditions – Auskicker Free of Charge Adult Membership

• EFC are offering a complimentary Adult Flexi 4 Membership for all Victorian 2022 Junior Auskick members who have nominated EFC as their club of support and hold a current 2022 Auskick Junior membership during the promotion period (“Offer”).
• The promotion period commences on 9am AEST 31/01/2022 and concludes at 5pm AEST 31/7/2022 unless extended at EFC’s sole discretion.
• To be eligible for this offer:
  • an individual must hold a 2022 Junior Auskick membership with EFC;
  • The Junior Auskick membership holder must then receive communication from EFC notifying them of the promotion and the steps for redemption;
  • The recipient must advise EFC of their intention to redeem the promotion, and provide all required details of the beneficiary of the complimentary membership as set out in the redemption form; and
  • The beneficiary must be a person who does not currently hold an Essendon membership or membership package in the 2022 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (“New Member”).
• The complimentary membership product provided is an ‘Adult Auskick Essendon Flexi 4’ (https://membership.essendonfc.com.au/membership/flexi-4).
• Only one complimentary membership product can be redeemed under this Offer.
• Any complimentary membership redeemed under this promotion will not be eligible for membership fulfilment, a membership pack, or a membership card (“Physical Membership Benefits”). All Physical Membership Benefits will be delivered digitally where possible or not delivered in the event they cannot be delivered digitally.
• EFC will not be responsible for any lost or missed communications regarding this promotion.
