Secure email using online banking:
- Step 1 – Log in to online banking
- Step 2 – Select “Support" located on the top right side of the page
- Step 3 – Select “Secure Email” and our team will respond within 24 business hours or less. -OR-
Reach a team member using "Secure Chat" within online banking weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Secure email using mobile banking:
- Step 1 – Log in to the app
- Step 2 – Select the "More" option
- Step 3 – Scroll down to the "Contact Us" section
- Step 4 - Select "Secure Email" from the options provided
