    Cerinte

    - Economic University Degree;
    - Relevant work experience in factoring operations: minimum 5 years;
    - Good management skills ;
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
    - Accurate and well organized working style;
    - Very good command of both written and spoken English;
    - Responsible person, pro-active, able to work under pressure and meet very tight deadlines;
    - Result oriented with a “can do” attitude;
    - Demonstrate integrity and professionalism;
    - Motivated, team player, strong communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    - ensure a proper factoring operations activity, both for domestic and international factoring, in accordance with internal norms and procedures;
    - perform daily factoring operations timely and correctly and to ensure proper monitoring of receivables assigned under factoring facility in accordance with specific norms and procedures;
    - perform collection activity for receivables financed under factoring facilities;
    develop, test and implement factoring products;
    - provide factoring-related support and know-how to all entities within the Bank;
    - ensure training of all parties involved in the factoring operations;
    - issue and update internal norms and procedures related to factoring activity;
    - provide support to Factoring Sales Department through the following activities:
    - provide “factorability advice”, by analyzing the terms and conditions of commercial contracts;
    - request/ implement/ amend/ monitor and manage the factoring limits for debtors/ adherents/ Factoring Companies/ other Financial Institutions;
    - ensure the pricing negotiation for limits received from Factoring Companies for international factoring limits/ facilities;
    - co-operate with financial institutions (factoring companies, members of Factors Chain International members and other financial institutions), customers, Corporate Relationship Managers, Loan Administration Division and all organizational structures within the risk function, in order to ensure proper factoring operations;
    - establish “inter-factor agreements” with factoring companies, members of Factors Chain International;
    - ensure proper reporting to various parties (management of Corporate Banking, organizational structures within the risk function) on factoring activity;
    - inform all relevant parties (Factoring Sales Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, organizational structures within the risk function) about any changes noticed in customer’s payment behavior;
    - draft periodic reports and/or ad-hoc reports regarding the factoring activity;
    - perform receivables monitoring activity in accordance with internal procedures;
    receive the audit reports related to factoring activity and propose the corrective actions in order to close the audit findings;
    - ensure efficient operations activity and to achieve the objectives established for Factoring Operations Department.
