I own a property with my sister which we rent out, the rent is paid into a barcalys account that she set up. Ideally we both need access to the account as I manage the letting.

She set the online account up with PINsentry and sent me the passcode and memorable word thinking I could login using just those details.

Now I’ve looked on the barclays site and can’t see any way to do this, even though under the bit that says ‘I don’t have my PINsentry card reader’ it reads ‘Log in with your Online Banking 5-digit passcode and memorable word’ to do the basic stuff, which is all I need. But I can’t see anything on the site to direct me to this login screen.
