Awful company, awful service
My previous phone died very abruptly the day before I had to travel to see my dying grandfather for the last time--I went in to get some assistance and get a new phone and the Koodo rep sold me the worst phone I've ever had. The battery drains within a couple of hours even if I'm barely using it, and it is all told barely functional. When I went in to ask if I could trade it in and get a different phone, I was told I would have to pay them 900$ for this non functional piece of dreck before they would deign to let me pay them for a new phone. Terrible service, terrible company, I'll be switching as soon as my contract is up.
