Wasn't sure I could get a loan, but I did!! The process was quick, I was in the bank all of ten minutes. I had an extra $5000 in my account before I left the building.UPDATE!! I set up small weekly payments on the credit unions website to go out every Friday, a total of about $45 all together. I checked my account on Saturday, and notice that they had serviced my account Friday (they took out the loan payment), but they neglected to pay the bills I had set up. I used the money Saturday or Sunday, and on Monday morning, I went to put the money back and found $350 worth of nsf fees on my account. I called the manager and told him that I had to go to another bank to get the money to pay for the fees. Tuesday I was going to give them the $350 nsf fee, and I saw that it had doubled!! They claimed that my bill payees had tried to get the $45 I set up again, resulting in the doubling of the fees. Mind you, my bill payees had no authorization to debit my account. They didn't even know I had set up bill payment. RS Bellco FCU deliberately processed those payments to cause the nsf fees, then blamed it on my payees. I was willing to pay for the one time, but when they did it again, after I had spoken with them and went to get the money, I realized I was being frauded. I got my account back to good standing that day and still have it, but I wouldn't recommend these thieves to anyone.

BELLCO IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My husband and I just bought 2 new cars and the dealer financed through BellCo. 3 weeks before the payments were due, I filled out their archaic "Auto-Pay Form" through Docusign and received email confirmation the next day that our automatic payments were successfully completed and set-up in the system. 10 days before the payment was due, I signed up for online banking and did not see my payment account listed, nor did I see the scheduled payments. I used their online messaging system to see why the "Upcoming Payments" section was blank, and the representative assured me that my auto-pay was successfully set up. I still didn't feel confident so I sent another message a week before payment was due, double checking that auto-pay was set up and asking how I could see this information online. They assured me again that the auto-pay was set-up, and told me there is no way to see scheduled auto-payments online (what kind of useless online banking doesn't show payment accounts or upcoming auto-payments??????). One week AFTER the payment was supposed to auto-deduct, I received a letter in the mail stating that our accounts were delinquent, that we were charged a $15 late fee per account/car, and that my credit would be affected if we didn't make the payment immediately. I contacted BellCo and they tried to blame it on my payment account, saying there probably weren't sufficient funds. I always have enough money in my account, so that was total BS. They double checked the payment account and confirmed there were, in fact, sufficient funds. They then told me my auto-pay wasn't set up until 2 days AFTER the payment was due (22 days after I received the original confirmation that auto-pay was set up completely), and that I would have to make a manual payment. I was charged a $3.00 "Convenience Fee" per transaction, and still may have to pay the late fees. I AM SO ANGRY! They failed to communicate any of this, and they totally "dropped the ball" with our auto-pay, even though I contacted them TWICE in advance to make sure it was set up correctly. This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. I am going to look into refinancing immediately and will never use BellCo again. Yuck.
