Willard Thomas Wooten 09/27/1938 – 07/01/2015. Tom loved God and Country. Veteran USAF and USMC. Member Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, Aladdin Temple Shrine, Bexley Post #430 American Legion, Marine Corps League, VFW and AmVets, Christ Lutheran Church. Attended Brookwood Presbyterian Church and Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Loved to fish, hunt, dance, sing, socialize and shop. Attended East High School and was a member of Dodge Rec. Center. An I.E. at Union Fork & Hoe and Columbus Auto Parts, and retiring from The City of Columbus. Tom loved and is survived by wife of 49 years, Carol; sons, Thomas (Debbie), Jason (Sheila); grandsons, Dylan & Gavin; brother, S. Allen (Renette) and many friends. Preceded in death by parents Georgia and Ira Wooten; brother L. Earl Wooten. The family has much gratitude to the wonderful caregivers at Senior Home Choice, Hospice and dear, loving friend Ethel Grooms. Private memorial will be held at a later date.
