A silver lining for me was that I found Mass Mobile Apps ... if you are in the app business do yourself a favor and check them out!

With bizness apps closing and giving 30 days notice to resellers to move all their apps, this was unprofessional, On the plus side, i moved over to firedup.online which not only has better features but is half the cost and i get to publish unlimited apps.

Despite BA repeatedly promising resellers their code would be 64Bit in time for the well announced deadline of 1 August 2019, it is still not.
This means until they do, Google will not accept any BA app for publishing on their store.
Suggest you look elsewhere at least until they are compliant or your app is pretty much useless…

I havehad an account with Bizness Apps for years. There have been no improvements and the customer service practically doesnt exist. I can't recommend them. Since the company was taken over it is a shell of what it was. They have doubled there hosting and given no service in return.

After lending a friend my debit card to do a favor of paying his BiznessApps bill, this company charged my card $300 twice without authorization.
Then, I looked for a 1800 number to call them, and there is none.
The ONLY agent in the support ticket section of the BiznessApps site keeps closing my tickets.
I heard this company was purchased not too long ago, but I’ve done this favor for my friend before and have never had any problems. He is always current on his payments.
This is DEFINITELY the type of thing a person would take to Judge Judy or a court.
I have learned my lesson, so has he, and I vow to never do business with a merchant that I cannot call.

We have been with Bizness apps for a number of years , for simple easy to build apps it ok, lately its not such good value as it very expensive to get an app on IOS published , they still take the same subscription fee from us and make out the value is in the android and web apps which is not. Any way its a fairly simple platform but prices are high.

Cons:
Communication can be woeful sometimes. I have continually discovered serious changes to the service only as I asked. Customer service are reactive, not proactive.
The native modules are basic and could do with some more features

they have been constantly improving and updating their platform, adding new features to make their apps modern and quick, they've always had top notch English speaking USA based support staff that i can get a hold of usually right away. (saturdays is the secret day when they are more available, by the way). they sort out all kinds of headaches with Apple, excellent company with a commitment to every app owner and they are here to stay and grow. they should have a six on the star rating.

Never deal with them is my opinion. New management and doubled to tripled most reseller prices. They reduced hours on phone by 20 percent without any notice, they rarely respond to emails anymore, system Continually breaks and keep blaming old owner which is not true. Non existent customer support.They promise you the world and deliver broken promises. Imo stay away from them. I've had enough. They have owned the company for more than 7 months and nothing has changed. Such a shame. Once was great company to now a management who couldn't care less about their resellers. Stay away is my view. No upside to increased prices. All you get is broken promises and get overcharged when there are better platforms out there. They try and turn us into corporates when most are mum and dad businesses. They have no idea about their core market and no wonder people are upset.

I've enjoyed working with Bizness Apps over the last three years. Their platform is the gold standard in mobile app platform development and their customer service is second to none.
The reason I don't give them five stars is due to the limited design options they offer for their native and web apps.

In the beginning, there were a lot of challenges mainly with the software and functionality but over the 6 years, they have continued to improve the platform. When challenges come up, they are always quick to address them. They always answer the phone and customer support is awesome! Bottom line, they make our job of creating apps for our clients easier. Bizness Apps makes it super easy to build out an app, create templates and make changes. It requires little to no coding knowledge. I've used many other app builders and Bizness Apps combines the best features of the others and adds a few of its own in for a unique platform with an easy dashboard and pre-built features.

I've been with Bizness apps for 6 years and this is the worst the company has ever been. Since the new owners have taken over everything has gone to trash. The new owners doubled the cost for resellers with promises of making the platform better, only to have taken away features and lowered the quality of support. Not only are the features antiquated but they no longer work and support is unresponsive and has no idea what they're doing. In short, the company lied to us. I can't tell you how many times I've written in to support and could tell by their response the didn't even read my email, they just try to shove a random link in my face. I like the Bizness Apps response to its clients issue. They also helpful and try to solve client problem promptly.

Since Bizness Apps was bought out they have more than doubled prices with a system that is now very unstable with many bugs. The platform used to be great but has completely changed in the last 18 months with system breaking on a continual basis. I am considering my options now as I can't afford to stay with them based on their very expensive price hike. It's a shame because their system used to be awesome to now something that is completely the opposite in my opinion. There are many more affordable options out there.
They have reduced their support hours dramatically and support isn't what it used to be. Such a shame as the company has completley backflipped on reseller expectations to something that was amazing 18 months ago.
It's hard to believe a company purchasing BA to double to triple pricing. I don't understand why but at the end of the day, we have 2 options, stay or go.
