Fraudulent Unauthorized Charge And No One To Talk To
After lending a friend my debit card to do a favor of paying his BiznessApps bill, this company charged my card $300 twice without authorization.
Then, I looked for a 1800 number to call them, and there is none.
The ONLY agent in the support ticket section of the BiznessApps site keeps closing my tickets.
I heard this company was purchased not too long ago, but I’ve done this favor for my friend before and have never had any problems. He is always current on his payments.
This is DEFINITELY the type of thing a person would take to Judge Judy or a court.
I have learned my lesson, so has he, and I vow to never do business with a merchant that I cannot call.
