<p>This is really specific, but I just submitted my picture for the eagle ID and for the directory. In the preview, after I uplaoded it, it’s in a sqaure, so my face looks wider. In the real picture, is it a rectangle? Will it stretch vertically in the real one? I know it sounds petty, but I just want to make sure my pic looks okay for the next 4 years. </p>

<p>the picture on the id is a square. if you’re not satisfied with the picture, i think you can go to lyons and get another card made with a new picture.</p>

<p>the id pictures are mostly all distorted unless you have that perfectly fits the one of the id card. after a year i dont think mine looks like me anymore but im too lazy to go to lyons and i think i look like a baller cause im in a toga. oh well</p>
<p>I’ve tried to log in hundreds of times. I have changed my password for the seventh time and it still is not working. it keeps saying “authentication failed. Re-enter credentials” I emailed the help people and of course they didn’t respond. I have already enrolled and sent in my $500 deposit already so that is not the problem. I’m now reconsidering my decision as this is the most frustrating thing I have had to deal with yet in the entire college process. has anyone had similar issues?</p>

<p>I had very similar issues awhile ago when I forgot my password and challenge questions. I emailed them and it said to call them, so I did, and it was fixed within about 3 minutes. They were nothing but helpful and I’m sure they will be with you, too.</p>
