Hi, any Bravenet member out there who can enlighten me on how to state the info in the CC FTP so that I can upload the files to Bravenet? I tried a few ways but unsuccessful.

It even tells you how to upload using CC HTML Editor and also CC VSD.

I use bravenet and CC FTP

The only information I needed to make it work (which is the main reason I love it) was:
server host name
user name
password
remote directory

the server host name =ftp."your url".com
the username is the number given to you by Bravenet when you purchase their services
the password is the same one you use to login to bravenet
the remote directory=/web/"your url name".com

I choose CC's FTP program because this was the easiest one to use thaI've ever found, sorry I can't provide you with the other technical information you're requesting that's why I use CC.

Are you using Bravenet's paid or free hosting. If it's free you may not have a username, which may be your problem.

Note that you are to use your Bravenet ID Number as a user name. The login name that you use to enter your Account Manager will not work here.

User Name: 2525572892
Password: Your Bravenet Password
Remote Directory: /
