Please review the Brooklyn College Academy Early College High School's Spectator Policies for the PSAL 2024 - 2025 Year

These policies will be strictly enforced for all scrimmages, tournaments, league games, non-league games, playoff events, etc.  

Please forward this information to your Coaches, Faculty, Athletes, Parents and Families.

BCA will only be hosting the Parents of our PSAL Athletes and the Parents of the opposing team Athletes.  NO Siblings,  NO outside students are allowed to attend the games. 

Please be sure to share this information with players, staff, students, etc., so that no one makes an unnecessary trip to the Brooklyn College Campus.

NOTE:

Team will ONLY enter through Roosevelt Hall on Bedford Ave. (2900 Bedford Ave) Please do not attempt to use any other entrance.

The entire team Must be escorted on to the Campus by Public Safety Officer Flowers (will meet the team at the Roosevelt Hall Entrance).

The Coach must be present for the team to enter.

Only Coaches, Athletes and Managers listed on the PSAL roster and website can enter.

All persons MUST have an ID to enter campus.

   • In order to apply to Brooklyn College Academy please follow the high school process and use MYSCHOOLS.

2.  Attend one of the Open Houses, learn about BCA’s Early College Program 

   • Open House #1 Thursday, October 24th, 2024 4:30PM

   • Open House #2 Thursday, November 21st, 2024 4:30PM 

3.  Meet the school's selection criteria

   • Students are admitted based on a school-based assessment and their course grades.

This school considers the following factors:

• Average Course Grades - 50%

• School-based assessment - 50%

4.  School-Based Assessment

   • In-House Incoming 9th Grade School-Based Assessment was scheduled for Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 at 9am and 1pm. 

   • Our second and Final date  is December 7th, 2024 at 9am or 1pm.
