Now place your Brunel ID card in the reader below the screen. It can go in any way, but needs to touch the base of the reader. Once your card number shows on screen you can remove your card.

On this machine if you have fines on your account it will offer you an option to pay them now. We don't want to do that now, so we'll choose to continue.

Now place the items you want to borrow into the machine. They can all go in together and at the same time, as long as they fit.

The details for everything you're borrowing should show on screen. Check that everything is listed and has gone green - if you take them out before this then you might set off the alarms.

This screen gives you an account summary as well as showing details of everything you just borrowed, including the dates to renew or return by.
