What is eBenefits?EBenefits is the PeopleSoft Self-Service component that allows employees to enroll in, view or change their benefit elections.
Who can use eBenefits?All benefits eligible employees will have access to eBenefits through PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service.
When can employees use eBenefits?1. Employees may use eBenefits anytime to view their existing benefits options. Employees may view:• Benefits Summary• Insurance Plans• Health Plans• Flexible Spending Account Activity
2. Employees may Enroll in benefits within 30 days of:• Being hired by Brigham and Women’s Hospital• Becoming benefits eligible• Having a life event (i.e. marriage, birth, etc.)• During Open Enrollment
3. Employees may make the following changes or updates to benefits anytime:• Update beneficiary information• Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (Modify $ or %)
How will I access eBenefits?EBenefits will be available to users through PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service. The navigation to access this portion of ESS is: Home ’ Self Service ’ eBenefits
