Cambrian Credit Union helped me again with a top up loan. The whole online process was quick. I tried to apply part online and part offline. I would stick with one or the other. Dusty, Edd and the lady I spoke to were great. I felt valued as a customer, whilst treated with dignity and respect. The only thing I found confusing was the digital signature, mind you I was trying to do it on my mobile? I don't think that's a good idea. It was a great service with a very quick response. A big thank you all.

Cambrian union is the fairest honest loan I've even came across. So easy ti understand outstanding customer service and the loan is super fast. Always remember to have all documents you need and It's amazing. Number 1 best Cambrian union fair to all types of customers (that's what makes them special) no judgement of past credit history

I've been with Cambrian Union a while and I've never had any problems. I've had a few loans since joining and it's been a quick and easy process. I'm technologically challenged to say the least and had a few problems my end with emails and how to do this and that, but Louise was very patient with me as always and after the third try I finally got the email finalised and had the funds in my account shortly after.

An excellent service from beginning to end. I was advised how to apply online via the phone app by CCU staff. They said it was easier on the phone app so I took their advice. The loan was processed within 24 hours. Well done!

Amazing, helpful staff. Efficient with helping me with a loan to help towards decorating my children’s bedrooms. Louise was very helpful with me. Thank you Louise! I found the staff very helpful, they were very patient as I am not the most adept at online banking.
From start to finish I received my loan within one morning which took a lot of the stress out of the process.

Excellent staff in Llandudno Junction branch. I visited this week as my account was de activated due to me putting in the wrong pin number too many times. The gentleman was able to deal with the problem straight away and a new pin was sent to my phone whilst i was there,
