CANON iMAGE GATEWAY is an exclusive online photography resource and service for owners of qualified Canon products.

Can I use the services offered at CANON iMAGE GATEWAY if I am not a member?
All services offered at CANON iMAGE GATEWAY are provided exclusively for members of CANON iMAGE GATEWAY. However, anyone is able to view photos at CANON iMAGE GATEWAY if an email invitation has been sent from a member.

Can anyone register to become a member?
In order to become a member of CANON iMAGE GATEWAY, you must register a Canon product that is qualified for CANON iMAGE GATEWAY. A list of CANON iMAGE GATEWAY qualified products can be found by clicking here.

How do I become a registered member?
First time users will need to create an account. This is a 2 step process which requires the user to first pre-register with a valid e-mail address, qualifying product model, and serial number.

After completing the pre-registration process, you will receive an e-mail which contains a link to complete the registration process where you will then be required to enter your name, create a password, and select a language preference.

If I previously registered a CANON iMAGE GATEWAY qualifying product, will I need to re-register it for Canon Account and CANON iMAGE GATEWAY?
