@CapitecBankSA @ntsiki_inno Since the payment was initiated using the Nedbank banking system, the bank who is receiving the payment, in this case, Capitec, cannot investigate the location of the payment. Kindly contact Nedbank again and request them to escalate this payment delay to have this resolved.

@nkaba_senne @rainSouthAfrica this system that you use for us to pay it's not working, I was given an option on the app to pay R500 and the balance later but it's just not working for me on the capitec app.
