Spoke to a fella joe he provided good service just not happy with everyone else I spoke with shocking lack of information provided! I've explained I've work in customer service and I spoke like that on the phone I'd be sacked! Massive improvements to be made! You never call customers back what a horrible experience.
Missed one payment over Christmas period, they ended up taking 4x my installment at next possible moment without waning. Refuse to answer emails and have sold my details to other lenders resulting in being bombarded daily by texts an phone calls.
Bad customer service. I paid my loan but cash is not credited in my account. Now i am getting messages that repay my loan soon. I'm trying to talk with customer service department, but there is no way to contact with them. I send messages, live chat and also send mail but not responding. It will affect my credit score. I feel sorry for this loan .
I applied for a short term loan when an unexpected bill came up of £100. It took three days to be deposited but when it arrived I was only granted £80. When I looked on my online account I was still being charged for the £100 plus £30 interest fee.
I contacted them via email on many occasions and the only response I have received is a confirmation that £80 had been deposited. I have lodged complaint after complaint, tried to call and email and have had absolutely no response since mid March however they are still intending on charging me £130. I have had to contact the financial ombudsmen and open a small claims court case. STAY AWAY from this company it's a huge scam and essentially they are crooks.
The staff lacks knowledge about the business and there's this specific female who was big in size and has light complexion who maybe almost throw me through the window based on her attitude and hissing of teeth. Poor customer service. Cash Genie need better employees who knows how to talk to people.

They are really a scam !!! Once you give them the steam card number they say they’ll process payment within an hour but they come back saying the code is already used even though it was never used before.
Money is gone and they don’t respond after that!!!! Please be alert and do not fall prey !!!

I have a severe medical condition that's extremely painful. It was critical that I get to the Dr Wednesday. Unfortunately I had to cancel and now I'm not scheduled for or 3 weeks. They expressed how concerned they were about my arm and refused to give me an amount for my cards. I should have headed the red flag then.
I asked why and how they would steal what I had to go to Hospital Wednesday, knowing how extremely painful my arm is well as how critical that appointment was.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

This company is a complete scam I gave them my eCard code they promised within 15 to 30 minutes I would receive my funds I spoke with them on WhatsApp and after about 45 minutes they stopped responding to my text messages they also declined my call I called from my landline and the number says that it was disconnected and I called from another number and the phone rang and rang and then it says that they had no customer service representative available it's a complete scam do not trust this company I'm in the process of having a lawyer find out who's behind all of this and I will sue this company I have screenshots everything needed to move forward I'm sure they've gotten over on a lot of people and I'm going to be the one to make sure that this is ended and get Justice for everyone that was scammed in this process I repeat do not trust this company they're not on better Business bureau they're not legit it's a complete scam they will take your money and pay you out nothing this company should not be online they should not be able to have a website and they should be placed in jail for an Infinity amount of years for this scam

Spoke to the first agent who noted on my account that she advised me that te documentation wasn't visible.......I had issue with my mobile and did not hear this part of the call and due to her not recapping then made me unsure of what was happening.
Called back up and agent I spoke with was quite blunt and didn't provide me with enough information to resolve the documentation.
Finally got through to an advisor Joe, who was the most helpful and explained how to take the picture l the documentation and exactly what parts of this were required.

Its very fast within applying and receiving your cash. However, I have used them for a few years and a get a loan, pay it off, then reapply, and cant get another loan for few months then the same thing all over again. I have emailed them to ask why and never receive a reply. The interest is very high. But overall if you are desperate and can pay it back on time.
