Labs Requesting Ortho Software for Omnicam Connect Units

inLab/Ortho - Lab customers that purchase AC Omnicam connect or Primescan DI units to place in offices for Direct Connect file submission may inquire about how to get CEREC Ortho software on these units.  See below for details.
Applies to: Labs wanting CEREC Ortho Software

Labs wanting to have CEREC Ortho software for AC Omnicam Connect or Primescan DI units that will be placed in offices will need to meet the following requirements:
  1. Have a Patterson account which includes the equipment on which the software will be installed
  2. Complete and submit a CEREC Club contract. Contact the Account Management Team @ PTC for assistance with the form as needed.
  3. Complete the Ortho training requirements if applicable. 
    • Contact the PTC at 1.800.475.5036 to register your Patterson account on cerecdoctors.com
    • Watch the pre-training videos.
    • Attend the clinical training session.
    • Rate your trainer on cerecdoctors.com
    • Allow 7-10 business days for processing.  An invitation to download the software will be emailed to you.
  4. Provide training and support for your dental customers directly.
When all of these requirements have been verified, the Ortho software will be distributed for each AC Omnicam Connect serial number that qualifies.
