Wrongly suspended account, no help from support. I had been using the app for over a year with no issues and following the rules that I am aware of. I have asked multiple times for a cashout of the 30$ I had on the account that was obtained fairly without breaking any terms as well as a review of my suspension and have only received a few canned replies with no ability to escalate When researching online I found this is not an uncommon experience and support is generally unhelpful in these mattersBusiness response

After carefully reviewing this member's account, we found that their submissions were in violation of our Terms, which state that “Photos [...] taken through the app [...] cannot have been altered in any way”.
A receipt was found on the member's account which had been altered, to cover up information. They also altered the price of the item on their receipt, in an attempt to claim an offer that they did not purchase the correct item for.

If we determine in our sole discretion that a member has violated the Terms, we may in our sole discretion and as permitted by law, terminate their account and any pending, current, or future Cash Back Credits balance they may have immediately expires. We will notify them of such termination at the email address they provided in their Registration Data, and such termination shall be effective immediately.
We do not send payments or reinstate accounts of members who have been found to be in violation of our TermsBusiness response

They wrongfully flagged my account and now I’m not able to use it. They closed my account without specifying what the exact issue is and they won’t let me redeem my payoutBusiness response

This member's account was flagged during routine audits we do to ensure the quality of our app and receipt compliance with our Terms in a way that is fair and equal to all members.
Upon review of the account, receipts were found that did not comply with Checkout 51 Terms that state: "If you return any Products for which you accumulated Cash Back Credits, we reserve the right to deduct from your Cash Back Credits the value of the Offer related to such returned Products and/or terminate your account. Photos or scans taken through the app, or which are emailed to Checkout 51, must be of the original paper receipt issued by a retailer, which cannot have been altered in any way and must be the receipt from a purchase that you paid for personally."
If we determine in our sole discretion that someone has violated the Terms, we may in our sole discretion and as permitted by law, terminate their account and any pending, current, or future Cash Back Credits balance they may have immediately expires.

On 9-30-21, Checkout 51 (C51) refused to give the reward for my purchase, claiming: "You have successfully redeemed 5 of the maximum 5 of these offers already." Then, C51 suspended my account, claiming "Photos or scans taken through the app, or which are emailed to Checkout 51, must be of the original paper receipt issued by a retailer, which cannot have been altered in any way and must be the receipt from a purchase that you paid for personally." *******************************. My phone does not take very good pictures. So, as I have done in the past, I scanned the receipt. It is ORIGINAL. I bought the items MYSELF from the local ****** store. Maybe it is the wrong items that C51 does not recognize. But, that is no reason to suspend my account. Let me log in so I can upload another picture taken with a much better camera that belongs my roommate.Business response
