What Is a Chrysler Excellence Card?
The Chrysler Rewarding Excellence card is a prepaid MasterCard used as an incentive to auto dealers. Funds are loaded by Chrysler LLC onto the card as a reward for excellence in service and sales.
The Excellence MasterCard is issued by Bancorp Bank. Chrysler Group sales professionals and managers are eligible to receive award payments via the Excellence Card, although awards can be charged back if the vehicle sale is re-recorded or unwound.
When a salesperson first qualifies for an award, an Excellence card that is preloaded with the award amount is mailed to them within 7 to 10 days. The recipient keeps the same card throughout the program year. Every time he earns an award, the amount is loaded onto the same card. Subsequent awards are deposited to the MasterCard on the first and third Friday of each month.
