This may sound like a simple question but I am trying to find out how to reset the administrator password on my Cisco DPC3825 DOCSIS 3.0 Data Gateway? I renamed the username from the default settings and changed both the username as well as the password and now for some reason those values are not correct?? I know this is a simple fix just not sure where to find the instructions on how to do this? I have already tried unplugging it and also pushing the reset button on the back of the modem....Please steer me in the right direction.
