Professor Villa gives very clear instructions on what needs to be done to get a good grade in her class and it's really simple, just do all the work which isn't even that much. Took her online class and it literally consisted of a few quizzes and mainly discussions which are super easy. Easy A if you do everything.

This online class is all about participation which makes sense. I was not prepared for how much reading and time it would take up during the summer session. It was intense at first, but there are just a few rules to follow and get used to and MsV is very structured about how the grading works. It inspired me to do better in school!

The online class was a little hard because she expected a lot from her students. Participation and effort is absolutely needed for this class because it mostly benefits the student anyways. I learned so much about myself through her class, it was a great experience. She communicates well and makes her assignments and grading clear.

Ms. Villa, and this class are awesome. It was suggested by my counselor as an easy A class, but it has been a lot more than that. Focuses on getting organized, staying motivated, and basically owning your college experience. If you're new, or returning, like me, i recommend it.

She is the best, wish all professors have her drive for helping her students to truly understand and pass with knowing what you've read and you go on with confidants. I really wish she taught more classes. Would definitely recommend her, but she is strict does use blackboard, has ticket in quizzes, has about 10 quizzes, & a lot of group actives.

Ms V will not just hand you an A but she makes it almost impossible to not pass or do well I mean if you fail the class it means you really screwed up or Just didn't come to class. Participation is a big part of your grade so you have to be there. But it was a good class and super helpful.

Love her! She is a sweet heart and only wants to see you succeed. Very motherly and caring towards her students. Easy class but you will learn a lot about yourself. She will build your confidence :]

Learning Community paired with BUS130. It was a great experience. If you actually apply what you learn to your life, it can help you a lot. It helped change my horrible school habits. She is extremely helpful;she posts the answers on BlakBord for tests so you know what to study. Group midterm/final so make sure you pick good members! Overall great!

ms villa is nice maybe too nice because she gives people too many chances in my opinion, including me LOL!! i learned a lot from her and this class my only advice to people who are thinking about taking her is don't assume it is easy just because it not algebra haha You will end up with a B instead of an A like me! Follow directions. she is clear

This class was part of learnig community so at first I wasn't too sure about it because it wasn't the class I wanted to take but now I think everyone should take this class I got so much out of it. For reals!! Ms V is great and funny and really cares about you. My only complaint was that she sometimes would change the schedule in the last minute

I really liked the way she set up her online class. It seems complicated at first because there are a lot of rules but its no problem after a couple weeks. Ms. V is my counselor too and yup she is a hottie.

id say that her class makes you realize who you are and more aware of what you do and think. one problem with her is that she makes her powerpoints with too many words.

Awesome, funny, sweet (but not a pushover). learned a lot. hard sell at first because it's not an absolute requirement, but am so glad I took her career class!

villa is a very nice teacher shes funny and down to earth!her class can be helpful at times it depends on ur own strngths and weaknesses. but shes always trying to help make things easier in our lives haha i learned alot from her class!! get villla she rocks!! who wants the book!!!!

I took Lisa's class with a learning communities (with an English class & btw, Mr. Dau is awesome too). All I can say is that I am going to have major withdrawls when I go on to other classes. This was the best choice I've mae at Citrus so far. It made me want to do better with school.

Hands down, the BEST on-line class I have ever taken at Citrus college (and I prefer to take most of my classes on-line when possible). Ms. Villa is always there for you. That's the biggest difference. You do have to stay on top of weekly discussions, but that's not too hard.

I guess Lisa's last name used to be "Boisse" so she is in two diff places on this site. I thought her class was LIFe CHANGING (in a good way) and by far thee BEST online course I've ever taken at Citrus. Some of hte younger folks in class thought it was harder than it was (guess I'm just better at reading directions- HAHA).
