CME has given me a couple of loans. Both times the rates were favorable; however, what really stood out to me was the second loan. It was a refi on a car, post-BK with another lender which had very unfavorable rates. CME approved me with favorable (relatively) terms when almost no one else would, especially not the big banks, or even online ones, or even the bank I have been banking with for years (USAA). I am thrilled with CME.

Overall, my experience with CME Federal Credit Union has been overwhelmingly positive. Things did start off rocky, however, with an application process that sent me through a lot of loops. Once a member, everything came as easy as you'd expect. With this being my first credit union, I wasn't sure how to use the loan system, but they made everything intuitive and simple. The customer support was very kind and helped me resolve any balance related issues. I love the different options available, and having an insured account really eases my mind. As a whole, CME is definitely as sure handed a CU as you can find in the great Columbus area.

Cme Federal Credit Union provided me with a very nice experience. I was very satisfied with the service and I think that this credit union is the most appropriate for me and for my needs. The insurance was advantageous, the loans were also very nice. I am able to pay every bill on time and it makes me want to pay them. The point is that I had tried many credit unions before, but this one was the best and I didn't have any unexpected surprise with it. I have to thank my friend for recommending it to me. It was very helpful and it is worth to use it, as well.

I had a solid experience with Cme Federal Credit Union. However, I was a bit annoyed with the application process. I felt the application process was a bit longer than I'd like. I felt it dragged on when it should have been quick, easy, and enjoyable. Aside from that, the service I received from this credit union was good. I did not encounter any problems while I was with them. I've had a few issues with other credit unions and banks in which my balance for some reason became unavailable for a few hours; this never happened with them, so I was happy about that. Furthermore, their customer service reps were very efficient in answering any questions I had. Another thing I liked was how courteous they were. They came off as very sincere individuals who genuinely wanted to help me. I would recommend Cme Federal Credit Union.
