A FingerHut style ripoff ..stay away
This company is like Finger Hut, offering merchandise for people who have poor credit. But they had some bath accessories I liked so I placed the order and the next day canceled it as I found some that were a better match on Ebay. CountryDoor had not shipped yet , but said they could not cancel the order but I could return the merchandise with the enclosed return label. That label required postage, so it cost my 25.00 to ship them back and they have RECIEVED them back, I’ve been billed by FedEx which only happens when items are deliever, and it even shows they have received the return on the CD website, but they will not credit my account. Their customer service from the website is always down, and in emails they just shine you on. They said in email it may take up to two billing cycles to credit the account.. which means if I do not pay, they can can ding my credit report. This is robbery. They want to extend this into a billing cycle to force me to pay for things I returned unopened and did not use.
