      I have done secret shops for this company. Since November 2023, I haven't received any payment. I have provided them my PayPal account information several times. But neither I have received a payment nor a response. I am looking forward to receiving all the payments and %29.9 interest charges I paid to my credit cards for the expenses since November 2023.

      I was solicited by ********, Coyle Scheduler to complete an evaluation for the *************** in *****, *****, ***********. She and staff members at Coyle saw that I was already in ***** on a mission trip to a rural village, and was having internet problems. But I had to submit an airport evaluation to them that I completed on my way to *****. I informed ******** of the fact that I had to complete an online hotel reservation because of the difficulties that I was having in completing a phone reservation. She said that would be fine, but to complet a phone-in reservation as soon as I could. I sent email after email to staff about the difficulties that I was having. (I have since learned, you can not make calls with ***** from an international number)Between Nov *****, I completed requirements and submitted documentation. ******** told me to take a personal car 2 1/2hrs from the village to *************, and contact the hotel to arrange for shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I've been accused of not attempting a private transfer to the hotel. I did exactly as the scheduler told me!I continued to advise Coyle staff that each attempt at making a phone-in reservation was unsuccessful. Either the *********************** was closed or my call would not connect. As of Friday, December 8th, I told ******************** was still unsuccessful at reaching the ***********************. I was told that I needed to make the reservation ASAP, which I did. I called over the weekend, and finally reached Reservations this morning, 12/11 at 8:09 AM EST, and submitted the phone-in portion of the reservation to Coyle.After I completed the hotel evaluation and making the phone in reservation AS SOON AS I POSSIBLE (12/11), the Assistant Director of Operations, ***********************************, canceled my evaluation and denied reimbursement for $1150 for food and beverage, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodation, laundry service, spa service, gratuities, transportation and telephone calls.

      I did a mystery shop for this company on January 7th. I was contracted for $18 to do the work plus $80 for out of pocket expenses. My payment has been the $18 and not the $80 out of pocket expenses. Accounting has told me twice that 'they will get around to it.' During my third contact with them, account is now saying it is a 'backend issue' and it will be resolved my the end of February.

      All payments are issued in the month following the submitted evaluation, so anything completed in January, such as this matter, will be disbursed in the month of February 2023.  The payment in full will be remitted as per our policy and no discrepancy between amount owed and amount disbursed will occur.

      I am a secret shopper for coyle hospitality and have been performing shoppes for them on a regular basis.On June 12, 2022, I performed a secret shoppe at North Italia at ****************** for Coyle Hosptality. When it came time to be reimbursed and payed for my service, I was not payed and after sending an email, was told that my shoppe had been canceled and she would look into it for me. A month and many emails later, I was ignored and still never paid for my shoppe that cost me $130.

      Hi my name is ************************* and I did two different evaluations at ***************************. One was on 11-23-2021. I did all the requirements ask to complete this evaluation but I only received $30.17 excluding the pay but I spent $65.71 + $5.50 tip = $71.21. I'm losing $41.04 for me doing this evaluation.Second my pay is being held for 11-19-2021 because of what??? I'm out of $59.46.Combined I'm out of $100.50.I have tried to contact colye hospitality.com numerous times by sending various emails and calling them multiple times. I have not got a response I don't know what's going on this is our third time we're having a problem with these evaluations at ***************************.So could Better Business Bureau just please get Coyle hospitality and/or Shop Matrix to pay me my $100.50 I'm out of. Thank you!!!
