Hi leonieyoung06,

I can see you're getting an error 101 for your Credit Union Australia bank feed.

This is a general error code. There are a couple of reasons this could occur:

  1. There is no valid account in the online banking website. A valid account must have a non-zero balance OR transactions in the last 12 months.

  2. When there is a prompt for the user to access Terms & Conditions in Online banking website.

To troubleshoot this issue, could you please perform a Manual Update (press the Update button in the top right corner of the Banking screen).

Could you also please log into your Online Banking and confirm there is no prompt to access or accept their Terms and Conditions. If there is a prompt, make sure you accept it and then go back to QuickBooks to try another Manual Update.

If after trying these steps the transactions still fail to come through, then reach back out to us here and we may have to look into this further with you.

Kristian.

Hi Leonie,

We have been having the same problem since 24th May, and I cant update my bank feed transactions. I issued a complaint and contacted the bank which have their IT engineers looking at it. I will be changing over to Xero next financial year. Its not good enough.

Hello Jo QLD,

Thank you for checking in on your case about being unable to update the bank feeds for the Credit Union Australia bank account. There is a reported product investigation Unable to connect with and/or receive transactions from Credit Union Australia bank, giving error 103.

There seems to be a change in provider name from Credit Union Australia to Great Southern Bank as well as website login change, therefore leading to this connection issue. Engineers are aware and working on a fix to accommodate these changes.

In the meantime, you can manually enter your transactions or import bank transactions using a CSV file to be updated in your books.

Intuit Quickbooks does not support Great Southern Bank (formerly known as CUA).
