The Digital Concert Hall offers hundreds of exclusive concert recordings from the Berliner Philharmoniker. There are concerts, symphonies, vocal works by all the great composers from all classical periods. New concerts are added to the collection weekly. It also features artist interviews, feature-length documentaries and insightful concert introductions from the Berliner Philharmoniker’s programme books. The Digital Concert Hall can be accessed on a range of devices, like your SmartTV, your tablet or your smartphone.

NOTE: Individual registration is required to use this database. The registration process MUST be completed either using an on-campus University of Melbourne computer, or via the University of Melbourne VPN. See the following for information about the VPN for staffand for students.

1. Use the link above to access Digital Concert Hall then follow the instructions in the pop-up window to create a new user account.
|
|
2. Once registered you can access the database on or off-campus by following the LOGIN link on the database homepage. All concerts, films and interviews in the Digital Concert Hall will be viewable free of charge.

3. Users are required to verify their account every 4 weeks by logging in via an on-campus computer, or the University's VPN, to maintain access via the institutional subscription.

Registered Institutional users may screen the streaming services within the Institution for educational purposes and for the purpose of lectures (this does not include public screenings).
