In order to be eligible for Dollars for Scholars scholarships, you do need to have a Dollars for Scholars affiliate in your area. If you do not have a Dollars for Scholars affiliate in your area, you wouldn't be elgible for Dollars for Scholars scholarships. You can still create a profile with us if you wish to gain access to our other resources and will have the opportunity to match to scholarships through our partners, like FastWeb.
