Sign up for Wednesday play by online by Sunday at 6:00pm at https://www.mytrilogylife.com/vistancia/golf/tlgl/. This website offers you 2 formats for golf; for TLGL league play, "competitive" or "non-competitive", which are described below. This is a choice a player makes each time they sign up for Wednesday play. You will be paired with players who have made the same choice as you. You may also register for lunch on your entry form on this link.
Players choosing "competitive" are competing for prizes and pay $5 CASH to the pro shop in addition to green fees when they check in. Scores must be posted on GHIN. Results are announced at lunch and are awarded as pro shop credits.
Players choosing "non-competitive" play are not in competition for prizes. Scores must be posted on GHIN. They will also play green fees at check in.
Cancelations should be kept to a minimum as not to disrupt the pairing the Pro Shop Liaison has organized. Should you find it necessary to cancel, please call the Pro Shop directly, at least 24 hours before play.
Our Pro Shop liaison is Brad Howard. It is the policy of the Pro Shop that all communication from TLGL members regarding issues that are pertinent to the Pro Shop are to be done through the TLGL Board Captain, Jewel Melin. It is much easier on the Pro Liaison if there is one person they communicate with. Please remember; that pairings are done by the Pro Shop and it is the goal of the TLGL that we play with and get to know all members throughout the course of the season, pace of play is everyone‛s responsibility and you can start to solve a problem with a smile.
Tee Times and shotguns start at 8am (9am December and January) and will be stated on the online registration page which can be noted when signing up to play. Please be at your carts 15 minutes ahead of the shotgun time for day‛s play instructions and allow time to get to your holes.
Frost Delay? It even happens in the desert. It is the player‛s responsibility to call 623- 328-5100, press 4. Remember frost delays are a moving target and the time for starting may change.

TLGL Ringer Tournament and Birdie Tree
Annette Masterson, awlcmaster@gmail.com, 612.226.9219
All players are eligible for the Ringer Tournament. The lowest gross score that a player attains on each hole during Wednesday play days is recorded throughout the season. Scorecards are collected each week and updated. Scores will only be used on Wednesdays of individual stroke play where the hole is played out completely. At the end of the year, players will be divided into flights and cash prizes will be awarded for the lowest total gross scores in each flight.
The Birdie Tree reflects the birdies that are marked on the weekly scorecards for individual stroke play. Awards will be presented on Closing Day.
Claret Cup
Committee Chair TBD
The Claret Cup combines our Stroke Play and State Medallion Tournament. There will be 4 qualifying stroke play rounds on Wednesdays during our season. Your lowest 2 scores from these days determine your overall net and gross Claret Cup score. You only need to play 2 of the Trilogy Ladies Golf League 4 days to participate but your chances are better if you play all 4. The Claret Cup gross and net winners are awarded on Closing Day.
