1 Registration Of New Member

1. Click on the hyperlink Become A New Member to register as a member.

2. This is the Welcome notes to the member who join DXN.

3. Select your country of residence from the drop down list.
4. Enter your sponsor code and press on button Check Sponsor. If you do not have any sponsor code
please tick on the check box, system will automatically select a sponsor code for you.

5. Enter your personal particulars.

6. Please read the Terms and conditions of DXN Network System before tick on Agree.

7. System will automatically generate a Welcome Letter to the member who successfully register as a
member.
8. Member code will be given upon the completion of the registration.
9. Email notification will be sent to member as follows.

Email content will contain information that has been successfully registered at DXN Network
System.

2 Registration Of Existing Member
2.1 Existing Member Registration for Network System
1. Click on the hyperlink Member Login.

2. Press on the button Create an account here.

3. Enter Member ID, Sponsor ID and Joined Date or Date of Birth for verification.

4. Enter your personal particulars.

5. User can login to the system with their new username and password from Login Page.

1. Enter Login information.

2. When you see this pop up, mean previously you do not logout the system properly.
3. System will request to kill the previous session by enter the particular information and press on
button Delete my session.

10. After filled in the address, click on Submit button to save.

1. Click on hyperlink View Welcome Letter.

5 Genealogy Report

1. Click on hyperlink Genealogy Report.

6 Redeem Of Member KIT
6.1 Redeem KIT Purchased?
1. Click on hyperlink Redeem KIT Code.

2. Select the country Purchased of member KIT.
3. Enter the KIT code and Cash Bill / PO No. in the text box then press Submit button.

4. The Redeem member KIT code status will display as Waiting for verification.
5. Member have to wait DXN HQ to verify the KIT purchase and active the KIT code purchased.

6. The status “KIT successfully redeemed” mean the KIT already activated.
7. For KIT Redemption on those purchased countries that involve in Centralized Auto KIT Redemption,
a message “Centralized Auto Redemption Country” will be displayed after member select a
purchased country. A Verify button will also be displayed for member to immediate verify the KIT
Code & Cash Bill entered.

8. After verification passed, the Submit button will be turned to enable for clicking, and allow member to
click to commit the redemption.
9. Centralized auto KIT redemption will immediate verify and no pending for manual verification
process by DXN HQ.

7 Online Purchase Order
7.1 New Purchase Order?
1. Click on hyperlink New Purchase Order.

2. Enter Recipient particular information.

3. Click on Product Category to select product.

4. Find the product.
5. Enter Units, then press on button Add to basket.

6. After done selection, press on button Continue.

7. Next select a payment method. eg. Credit Card

8. Enter credit card information and particular information.
9. After enter, press on button Submit.

11. This page will pop up if Firefox found that the page not yet add exception for security level.
12. You just need to click on I Understand the Risks.

17. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to member registered hand phone no.
18. If you do not receive your OTP after 30 seconds, you can click on Resend OTP button again to ask
for resend.
19. Click on Proceed button to continue.

20. If you see this message, just need to click on button Continue.

21. (a) If you see this message, mean the payment was failed or decline. You will be redirected to main
menu after 10 seconds or you can click on Continue button to immediate proceed to main menu.

22. (b)If you see this message, mean the payment was successful. You will be redirected to Purchase
Order Receipt page after 10 seconds or you can click on Continue button to immediate proceed to
Purchase Order Receipt page.
