Hello, when I attempt to login to the members area I get the
following message:

Easynews Login Page
This account control panel domain is no longer linked to the
Members Area.
You will need to login again when you proceed to the Members
Area or Members 2.0.

I looked in the account, and can see nothing has changed and
it advises me the account is still active.

Has something changed?
Kudos

Hello,

The message you're describing is what is displayed on the "Main" tab of
the account section (https://account.easynews.com/index.php?pg=1) of the
service. The account section and members section are completely
separate. You can log in to the members area by clicking on the "
Easynews 2.0" or "Main Members Page" (for Vintage) links. Hopefully this
helps to sort things out.

Same problem here. My bookmark to Easynews no longer works. When I log in from the
main page, I can't get to the global search. It just returns to the "This account
control panel domain is no longer linked to the Members Area. You will need to login
again when you proceed to the Members Area or Members 2.0.". Half the links on your
site just return to that error screen.

Sorry but something is definitely wrong.

As an outsider, knowing nothing about the problem, it sounds to me
like a stale bookmark. First I'd try making a new bokmark.

I just wanted to chime in and say "me too!"

I'm also getting a "your account has been canceled. Log in to reactivate" error as well.
If I log in,I get the same message as the users above and all members area type links
Redirect back to the same page.

This seems limited to my phone browsers (dolphin hd and chrome). Everything works fine on my desktop using Firefox.

I also tested to see if I had old bookmarks but that wasn't it. I'm getting to same thing when I Google easy news and use the links in the search results.

This also only started happening today, July 29,2015.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

As of right now I don't have a fix or any suggestions on how to get
around this issue. We are actively investigating, however. We have
opened a ticket internally (ENDEV-1517) and as soon as more information
is provided we will let you know. Thanks for your patience.

I am now experiencing the same issue as the others above.

This time yesterday I was able to log on and tonight I get the "This account control panel domain is no longer linked to the Members Area" message. I've also noticed that it says that I am logged in however after bouncing between pages where it says that I'm logged in has my username misspelled (even though it previously stated the corrrect spelling).

This is the second time this has happened to me where the first seemed to get resolved after a couple of days... I have tried the above links to global4 and global5 however I just end up at the same login page telling me it's no longer linked. Can we please get a permanent fix for this issue?

FYI, I submitted a support ticket. I too have this problem. It stopped working for me then after a few reboots and cache clears, it worked again for about 3 days then stopped again. Please fix!

I am having the same problem. What is the fix for this? It is not an expired bookmark. ALL the

links on the login page redirect back to the login page, as if I had hit Refresh.

I got that too on Chrome on my Linux box. Wouldn't let me into the Forum either. After logging in and restarting the browser all has been well. Sent a ticket and got a response that I'm not the only one, so you're not alone. ;-)
