Paid for a year of Easynews and I get consistent buffer all the way through. The more I looked into it I noticed there are only servers in the U.S and Europe. I live in Australia and it's absolutely a bufferfest. If you live in the Asia South Pacific be mindful you will not have a good time.

Not necessarily Easynew's fault but I should have looked into it further before I had bought it

We have experienced low speed problems since we moved house in November 2022.
I have talked to our fibre supplier several times and his spec and my actual are no where near each other
I like your service and have used for many years, its a shame there is not fadter ports to NZ

The interface has been stable and reliable. New features and support content for the novices would be extremely helpful, Use cases: PUBLISH COMMUNITY SUPPORT: how can I publish content? what are the steps, pros and cons, protocols, etiquette, best practices? How to publish anonymously? how to respond to posters, how to create a group to publish to, how to rate groups/content. SEARCH SUPPORT: how to find things across ALL newsgroups (in favorites groups and not), how to filter effectively (with wildcards and negative (exclusion) criterion), how to filter by language, file type (with popular/free/best tools for viewing, editing these file types), how to decipher files (.NFO, etc.)
I would love to use this tool more but find that there is not enough valid, current support to provide and access content SPECIFIC to Easynews.

A three months FREE trial was promoted on their website. As soon as I entered my PayPal information, 89.99 USD was billed from my account!
I want a refund and this has not happened yet!
They have also promoted a 30 day money-back guarantee, which I could also not make use of yet because of their slow customer service!

Do not purchase a subscription on their website!!!

Edit: After a lot of back and forth and questionable statements by the service (for example, that no 30 day money-back guarantee was ever given… which is FALSE!), my money was finally refunded. I still wouldn’t recommend this company!

The Good:
the great diversity in the movies available, although it can never be enough.

The Bad:
Some of the downloads stutter and or pixelate. I delete the download and try again. If it fails again, I give up. Am I charged for the the unacceptable downloads?

It might be good business to permit your users to have the privilege to have a live person available rather than the usual "Contact us by email.
