“System Error”

After logging in and agreeing to the online terms and conditions, it continues to say “the system is unable to allow logins at this time.” Please help, as this is now the fifth time I’ve tried logging in and troubleshooting over the past three days.

Edward Jones is not allowing Quicken Direct Connect

Quicken "direct connect" is not able to download from edward jones. Login to the EJ web site works, just like normal. Everything else in quicken works, just like normal, including direct connect downloads from other brokers.

3/15/24 8:46 p.m. Unable to log into Online Access. Message says 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable Avi Vantage/ Usually we are told when maintenance is being done. This vague message is unacceptable.

Always changing the website to something worse that it was! Almost alway doesn’t recogonize my user name and password and I Ave to re-enter it multiples times. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or a bookmarked log in page! Worse user unfriendly website ever next to Citi Bank/Sears!

I Have had it with EJ cannot log into my account and my advisor tells me he is having the same problem... just Great!! Is this how clients are taken care? Unaware and Uninformed.
There are plenty of options out there EJ ...I hope your paying attention to my account better than the SECURE web site

I get money deposited in my bank account once/month. This month it wasn't there, my advisor said it was d/t a new assistant. That $ was then deposited but 2 days later a second payment in the same amount was deposited. My advisor said there was a 'system glitch' that caused it. I'm thinking the 'system glitch' is her office, right?

I cannot get connected to my EJ login page either. Tried all of the above. None of my computers will connect - my iPhone and my iPad won't connect unless I shut off WiFi. I launched my VPN, like NordVPN and I can can to the log in page and I can login. But no go without the VPN.
