Signing up for Epic �User Web
Go to Epic’s web site
On the bottom right corner of Epic’s home page, click “For Clients”
Click “New User Registration
Enter “User Name” and create a password�and password hint.
Enter Your Information
Enter “Employer Information” and “Role”
Leave the “iSWTD Information” as No��Click “Submit”
After registering for Epic User Web,�there is a 24 to 48 hour wait before �you will receive an email from Epic�with you User ID and Password.��After you receive you User ID and Password, �log in and check out all of the cool�E-Learning tools for your application.
Accessing Epic’s E-Learning Tools
(Before accessing Epic’s online
E-Learning tools, you must sign up for Epic’s User Web)
Access Epic’s website
On the bottom right corner of Epic’s home page, click “For Clients”
Enter User name and Password �that was received from Epic
After Log in, �click on Training, then E-Learning
E-Learning is grouped into�application categories.
Select the suggested E-Learning�for your appropriate application and enjoy!��E-Learning lessons are approximately�15 – 20 minutes to complete
To Log in to the Model Hosted System�click the “Connect to iSWTD or Model Hosted” link
Use your Epic User Web Username and Password, click Log in
Click on the Model Hosted Folder
Click the “Model Hosted System 09”
Log in to Hyperspace�User ID: sphsfammd�Password: sparrow�Click LOG IN
Troubleshooting!!
If you receive a message that you cannot connect - click on this link to download a program to run on your computer.
Click OK and Run on the two dialog boxes that may pop up.
