    I have an issue with my login to UAN , i forgot my password to login , so I gave forgot password , when I give forgot password it is showing that UAN is deactivated. So, I tried to activate my UAN , but it is showing UAN is already activated.can u tell me what is the issue

    I am unable to login to my EPFO account as I get the following error “Date of Birth information is not available in the system”. Besides the mobile number I had registered was a corporate number issued by my organization.
    Questions –
    1. Is there a way to update my date of birth without logging into EPFO.
    2. How do I change my mobile number, and should this only be a local India number or will it accept an international number as well
    3. My No is currently showing mapped to my wife’s UAN, can we add two UAN’s to one mobile number.

    Look forward for a response to assist me here fixing this issue

      Dear Thomas,
      1 – Suggest you to kindly go through this article ..
      2 – Yes, local india number required. . UAN with a verified Aadhaar number and have mobile linked with Aadhaar number for receiving the OTP sent for verification is used for all services.
      3 – As per the EPFO website FAQs, One mobile number can be used for registration with one UAN only.

    we are having Employer code GRCDP 0029627 with you. Our Employee UAN 1002462090** phone number 99664594** instead of 9581963964. So many times we tried change phone number and forgot password through Unified portal but not yet complete till now. pls change our employee phone number and rectify the same.

    The account holder has corrected his Date Of Birth in present
    EPF Account. but in previous account it was not corrected. Now he unable to make Transfer request and loan advance due to previous account date of birth. Here the previous employer is unavilable to change DOB in previous account. Then how can he solve the problem. Please find the solution.

    Serious and complicated issue with me
    I worked in organization for three years and they provide me everything UAN and all after 3 years u resigned that job and joined new one after joining new one they transferred my previous Pf in their provided new Pf account but I left new organization within 3 month and again joined my previous employer for one more year and resigned again but now the current employer is showing where I worked for 3 month because of that I am unable to claim its showing short cessation service but my total amount is blocked because of that anyone suggest something or help me

      Have you generated UAN based on your Aadhaar?
      The name in your EPF A/c may not be matching with your name in Aadhaar..kindly recheck..

    I have already withdraw Online PF advance 5 times for my treatment. Now I am unable to withdraw online PF advance, it is urgently require for treatment purpose. It is showing MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ONLINE CLAIM SUBMISSION HAVE BEEN EXEED, PLEASE SUBMIT CLAIM THROUGH PHYSICAL MODE. In this situation cann’t I withdraw PF advance online?
    If not then what will be the procedure?

    Its not getting verified as my employer are unable to approve it from there end.
    They are unable to see my kyc pending at there end. I have personally checked at there office it was not showing in there system.
    Its seems there is technical issue on my Uan .

    I have corrected my PAN name similar to UAN portal name 2 months back. still I am getting the same message UAN name not matching with income tax database. I lodged complaint in grievance website they are not replying properly.phone number in grievance complaint also not working.

      Dear suganya,
      Kindly note that the name format between UAN and PAN card should be the same (First name – middle name – surname).

      If yes, the EPFO databases might not yet been updated. You may have to wait for the EPFO to reply to your grievance..

    my name in SSC is K SASIKALA and my father name is
    K SUBRAMANYAM
    my DOB is 15-0*-19**

    But in pan card my name KUNDELLA SASIKALA
    father name SUBRAMANYAM KUNDELLA
    DOB is 15-0*-19**

    In aadhaar card my name K Sasi Kala
    my dob is 01/01/19**

    Now for PF they are asking to correct in aadhaar, if i correct that na what I need to follow sir, either PAN card or SSC.
    In pan card it is not allowing initials. Then how i can change sir similar to my SSC. If i follow my aadhaar and pan with same name na then it is against to my SSC. How i can solve my issue. Please help.
    dob i can correct sir. But name is very much problem in PAN and AADHAAR. It was not at all matching if I follow my SSC name for Aadhaar updation.

      Kindly do not share your personal details in public forums.

      First priority is to update your PAN and then based on that you may have to get your Aadhaar and EPF UAN updated (same name format) ..

    Hi,

    My father’s name is incorrect in the UAN card. I had submitted join declaration with my employer. I have got the mail that it has been submitted and it will take 90 days to reflect. its been a year and more but my father’s name is still not updated.

    Whenever I call the helpdesk number it says busy.

    I had created the joint declaration for the 2nd time and this time I have to send it to chennai (to the employeer headoffice). They had accepted it and they had sent me back the joint declaration form with their stamp and told me to directly submit that to EPFO headoffice. But this also do not have any surety weathe weather I will get any response after sending. Because it not possible for me to send it to Chennai evrytime.

    I have also tried the online process. They are saying that reference number will be sent to the authorized number. But I am not getting any ref number.

    Please help me. I am tired of doing this.
