Trying to login but..
Trying to login to my ESEA account, webpage keeps telling me that I am not putting in the correct username or password. Rest password, and still tells me incorrect username. It's the only one with the alias I have unless there is something different that I'm not doing or not inputting correctly. Any help? I can't start a support ticket because obviously I can't login.

I have the same problem bro. I already wrote to the support and he gave me this answer:

I can not reset your password. (OMG)


I think there is something wrong with our usernames in the database..... i can find myself in esea "" j0kers "" and i resetted my pw 10 times but same issue... pls give me info if you can solve this issue....

Support got me absolutely nothing. For me it says its not my username, when I check mine it shows that's what it is. I ask him what my username is and he says I can't give you that information use the website to reset password. So, how am I supposed to login with my reset password if that's technically not my username? Defeats the purpose of having support staff if even with the email that's on file showing direct communication you cannot confirm a username. Honestly with just a username I'd be able to get in with my changed password. So stupid.

Enter the email that you would have used to sign up on ESEA and booya an email comes and u can reset password etc.


once u go into email it will take u to your account u put in password and it will keep you logged in site from there make sure username is 100% correct.

Follow the below to the exact steps, it worked for me:
i find it

just go esea site

then go to creat account

then sign in with your steam

after this u should put the info in the site

and u should put another e-mail

he gonna told u what is your username

i have the same problem but i got my username now
