It is fairly easy to link either of your accounts, please see the steps below for your reference.

• Member should click on the Smiles tile under Earn GEMS points or Redeem GEMS points section After clicking on the SMILES tile, it will get redirected to “Link Your Account” screen.
  
  (Click on the SMILES tile shown on the screen)

Yes, you can only link account if you are a Smiles registered member as the PIN number will generate to the registered number.

• If clicked on “Link Your Account” button, the “LINK ACCOUNT USING PIN” screen will open.
• The member must enter their Smiles registered mobile number which is “05X XXX XXXX) / Fixed 0X XXX XXXX” number and then submit to enter the PIN.
  
  (Please enter your SMILES registered number in this screen)

You have an alternate option that will direct you to the SMILES app and generate a PIN number, kindly note the PIN number generated will only last for approximately 5 minutes. Following here are steps copy your PIN number from SMILES app and paste to your GEMS Rewards app

• Copy PIN from SMILES app
  • If member can click on “Click here to view your PIN on the SMILES mobile app”.
  • It will open Smiles card screen in SMILES application, where the PIN is stored.
  • Member should click on Copy PIN, which will copy the PIN.
  • Member can reset the PIN if PIN is expired.
           
    
• Paste PIN and PIN verification
  • Post copying the PIN, the user must come back in GEMS Rewards app and paste the PIN
  • The pop up will display, which will ask user to paste PIN on GEMS app.
  • The paste PIN action will directly submit the PIN for verification.
  • If PIN is incorrect then “Invalid credentials” error will be displayed.
       
    

You have an option to convert your points from GEMS Rewards to SMILES app or vice-versa, following here are steps for your reference.

• The member will be linked on GEMS Rewards application for the Points conversion.
• When the member successfully links their Smiles account, new screen will open with 2 options:
  • Option 1: Convert GEMS points to Smiles Points.
  • Option 2: Convert Smiles Points to GEMS points.
       

The Members can convert their GEMS Points to Smiles Points in multiples of Five hundred (500) GEMS Points which is equal to Three Thousand (3000) Smiles Points.
Note: 500 GEMS Points = 3000 SMILES Points.
   

By submitting point conversion, transaction screen will get open where user can check all the transactions.
Convert Your Points:

• By clicking on the Convert your points, Point conversion options screen will open.
     

On GEMS Rewards App:

• Members can convert their Smiles Points into GEMS Points in multiples of Seven Thousand Five Hundred (7500) Smiles Points which is equal to Five Hundred (500) GEMS Points.
• While submitting point conversion, it will ask to enter PIN again.
  Note: 7500 SMILES Points = 500 GEMS Points
         
  
         
• Member must enter PIN again by copying PIN from SMILES app and click on submit for PIN verification.
• If PIN is verified successfully, the Smiles points will be submitted for conversion.

By submitting point conversion, transaction screen will get open where member can check all the transactions.

Convert Your Points
By clicking on the Convert your points, Point conversion options screen open.
   

• If member wants to delink the account, member must click on Delink Your Account and pop up will notify “Account delinked successfully.”
• For point conversion, member must link their Smiles account again.
     

Member should follow below steps for account linking:

• Explore on main home screen
• Click on more
• Opens bottom sheet
• Click Rewards exchanges in the list
         

• The Rewards Exchange screen will have the “ADD MEMBERSHIP” button at the bottom.
• By clicking on Add membership, Choose program screen will open and member must select GEMS program for point conversion.
         

• User must link their GEMS Rewards account by using GEMS Rewards Customer ID/Membership No.
• Post entering the membership no., user will received 4 digit OTP via GEMS Registered email ID.
         
• User must enter 4 digit OTP.
• OTP will be expired in 3 Minutes and user have to resend the OTP.
• On successful OTP verification, user will be linked on SMILES app and user can convert points.
         

Point conversion options

• By clicking on Convert Points, program selection page will open.
• User must select GEMS (from/to) and SMILES (to/from) program for point conversion.
• User can swap point selection by clicking on swap icon.
     

• The Members can convert their GEMS Points into Smiles Points in multiples of Five hundred (500) GEMS Points which is equal to Three Thousand (3000) Smiles Points.
• By continuing for point conversion, confirmation pop up will open.
  Note: 500 GEMS Points = 3000 SMILES Points.
         
  
         
• By confirming, transaction status screen will open.
• Transaction status can be pending or success.
• Pending status can be updated to success when transactions get successful.
  

Account delinking

• If user wants to delink the account, user must click on 3 dots of GEMS points details on Rewards exchange screen
• By clicking on delete, the user will receive confirmation message as “Are you sure you want to remove linked membership?”
