the service i paid for provided 30 days of service, in which the company locked my account prior to expiration without notice, and advised that while i did pay for service till 4/1/25, the account expired back on 3/27/25, and i cannot do anything to recover those services paid for, despite them openly stating that i should have them.Business Response

ExamFX Terms and Conditions explain:
ExamFX products have different course access periods, but some allow for the purchase of extension periods. Your access to a product will terminate when the course period expires or, if you purchase an extension, when the extension expires. Under no circumstance will your access period, even with the purchase of extensions, exceed one year.
The Terms and Conditions are presented and agreed to as part of the purchase. ****** ***** purchased his course on 3/28/24 and hit the 1 year mark. This is the reason he no longer has access to the course. Our support team explained this to Robert. The course is auto archived at 1 year and there is physically no override or reset within our systems.
In Review of ******** course he earned and was issued a Certificate of completion on 3/22/25. ExamFX has emailed that to ****** as of 4/3/25. He can use that Certificate to continue his licensing process.
ExamFX communicates the 1 year limit on Insurance courses during registration and requires users to agree that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. ****** completed his registration by agreeing and agreed to those terms. ExamFX has fulfilled our commitment to ****** inline with the product he purchased and posted Terms and Conditions.

I purchased the P&C insurance course from this business on January 18th 2024. I was unaware that they if you didn’t use the material within a year from the purchase date you no longer had access to your material. I reached out to have my account opened back up January 24th 2025. I am just realizing that I was only a week out from the year mark. They basically shut the account down and no longer allow access to anything. The course is 219.00 all together and I was told that they couldn’t do anything that I would have to purchase the entire course again. I also informed them they couldn’t clearly see that I didn’t utilize the material. If I logged into the account for 3 hours that would be a lot I had circumstances in my life that were unavoidable. I had a very close family member pass and I also went in and out to the hospital myself a few times. Needless to say my focus was not ExamFX. Now that I am healthy and in a healthy state of mind I wanted to focus on this course and obtaining my P&C license to my surprise I no longer had access. I basically could have just taken 219.00 and threw it in the trash at this point.Business Response

ExamFX courses come with 60 days of access initially and customers have the option to extend courses for 30 or 60 additional days for a fee. ExamFX Terms and Conditions are presented and must be agreed to as part of the course purchases. The agreement acknowledgement button states I have read and agree to the ExamFX Terms and Conditions. Our T&C explain the following:
ExamFX products have different course access periods, but some allow for the purchase of extension periods. Your access to a product will terminate when the course period expires or, if you purchase an extension, when the extension expires. Under no circumstance will your access period, even with the purchase of extensions, exceed one year.
When ****** emailed on 1/25/25 and then called on 1/27/25 to extend the course she was past the 1 year mark as the course was purchased on 1/18/24. Our team explained the information above.
ExamFX is willing to work with ******. The course purchased on 1/18/24 is auto archived and is not accessible. We physically have no way to turn that course back on. We are willing to allow ****** to pay for an extension via phone and we will then register her in a new course with the quantity of days that match the extension she selects to purchase. She can purchase a 30 day for $39.95 or a 60 day for $69.95. If ****** wants to take advantage of this offer, she will need to call our Customer Support line.

I ordered the life insurance course from them purchased a add-on. Due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to complete the course I never opened th add -on but I did start the course I returned the add-on since it had not been opened with the intention of getting refunded. After I returned on 12/4/2024 didnt hear back right away called spoke to a woman she said "They dont check the mail often so when someone goes check mail they would be in touch. EXAM FX sent email that they DENIED my refund and the last gentleman I spoke to informed they will be DESTROYING the book because it would cost them to return to me. SO I ask for my refund thats not possible he said. **** told me that It was not a authorized return and past return date so it goes in TRASH. Here's their reply to me Comment Hello *********, I reviewed your account and communication with our Support team. Our refund policy is presented at time of purchase and included in receipt emailed post purchase via link in body of email. In order to obtain a refund customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of registration and obtain refund approval. In review of your account there is not refund approval within the eligibility window. It seems you shipped the book back without the refund being approved. In this situation since the item was returned without authorization it will be destroyed by our warehouse. The cost to print and ship a new book would not be covered by ExamFX as we did not authorize the return. If you want a book it would require new purchase plus shipping and applicable taxes. I want to help with what we can. I can provide some free time in your course of 30 days additional free. a 30 day extension is 39.95 and the book and shipping you paid was roughly $40. We are here to help! The customer ********* placed an order for self paced online course and Printed Add-on. ExamFX refund policy is presented at time of purchase and included in receipt emailed post purchase. ********* did not call and request a refund within the eligibility window. She then shipped the item back without return authorization. All of this was done well outside the refund eligibility window. The return was not authorized and ExamFX will not incur additional expense to return the book to her. We offered to provide 30 days of additional access for free in the course.
Bottomline is customer returned book without authorization in an attempt to force us to issued a refund. ExamFX is not liable for extra expenses if customers willingly choose not to follow the refund policy and procedure. We are willing to work with her. We are happy to amend the offer to the following:
Since return was not authorized, we will ship her a new book if she pays for the shipping. If ********* wants to take advantage of this offer she can call our Support team to make payment for the shipping.

DO NOT USE EXAMFX. I have found so many errors in their program. I also signed up for their live online courses. The two instructors were about 80 years old and could barley work a computer. 1 guy stuttered so bad i couldn't make out what he was saying. the 2nd guy just talked about nothing the whole time. I couldn't even finish the 2 days of classes. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I contact management for a refund, after explaining to them all the issues i had with their service they threatened to call the cops on me!!! They told me my complaints were "harassment" So I guess now i've wasted about 20 hours of my time plus I'm out $160. What a worthless company. STAY FAR AWAY!!!Business Response

ExamFX stands behind our course with a Pass Guarantee. We are so confident in our material we Guarantee users whop pass the Readiness Exam in our Course will pass the Licensing Exam or we will refund the Original Purchase Price of the course. None of our competition offer such a policy. ExamFX is a premier vendor and well known for successful outcomes for firms and users.Mr ***** requested a refund on 7/25 . Our Support Team informed him the account was not eligible for a refund based on the date of purchase and amount of usage. He was unhappy, used profanity and did in fact harass our support team because we would not bend to his demand for a refund. He used profanity with our Support Team and spammed chat after chat and empty messages to our Support Team. We informed him his behavior was harassment and asked him to stop. He continued and was informed if he did not stop we would call the Police. At this point he did stop.

I purchased a course to get my license in insurance from Exam FX for $160. They are telling me today that I am not eligible for a refund despite me still being within the time frame to receive a refund. I purchased it February 9th and today is the 12th. Their refund policy is I have to return it within 48 hours or by the close of the next business day which would be today. Website did not come with instructions and my course is about to expire and today I discovered the other half. How am I supposed to know that the title was a drop down menu? Kaydee Purchases an online Self paced course on 10/13/23. She did purchase a Life and Health course. Once inside the course it is divided into a Life Section and Health Section. This is evident in the image provided. The course is designed this way because this is how the state exam is administered. The Life and Health exams are done separately. The course shows Arkansas Life, and once toggled to Health will show Arkansas Health.

Date of transaction; within 24hours of registration I moved forward opting for a refund the next day. The decision based on sleeping on it overnight and choosing an alternative route for my focus is a natural occurance many customers encounter and logical grounds for requesting a refund. Except ExamFx is unreasonably restrictive to refund exercising a policy that states if having spent more than an hour in the course a refund is rejected. How else can I determine it is not a good fit after all, had I some time (~4 hours) slept on it then deciding upon a new day within 24 hours that it is not what I want to pursue. I strongly suggest that ExamFx reconsider this policy as it is unfairly cornering customers. I understand that the insurance industry is experiencing an official crisis with binding restrictions but ought not be at the expense of customers and/or students.Business Response

My company contracted with ExamFx to provide a preparatory program for one of our employees seeking to pass the Series 65 Securities Exam. As the program grows towards its end, its important to schedule the exam and for the employee to have the best chances of passing this exam, which means they will have access to the materials right up to the time of the test. We have scheduled the exam based on information provided us stating that the employee's access to the materials will expire on July 30, 2023. Today the employee was told that her access would end on the July 27. I contacted the company and despite seeking resolution with a supervisor, the company insists that they are unable to fulfill the written statement. This represents a material breech of goodwill minimally, and perhaps represents a civil legal matter. I am rejecting this response because:Information listed in the "fine print" you provided a year ago is inconsistent with information you provide every time Diana or I log into your system. If you tell someone every day that they have access until a certain date, it is not reasonable for them to believe that they actually have access only until an earlier date because of something you told them a year ago. You are responsible for the things you put in print and it is not our fault that your organization was negligent with regard to publishing information regularly to a paying customer that is inconsistent with your policy.

On 1/22/20, I got a reminder email that I had purchased the program and it was about to expire. On 1/23/20, I required an extension and I received a renewal extension email for 30 days $34.95 or 60 days $59.95. O. 1/27/20, 8/29/22, the email my extension was expiring soon. When I began to take the exmafx course I noticed that some of their information was incorrect. I figured this out because I wanted to make sure that I understood the information being taught so after a few hours of studying i went to a different company’s website to take a practice test, when I had completed the test, I had noticed that there were a few questions that I had gotten wrong that I had seen on examfx course that would state otherwise. So, I went back to examfx and saw that what I had put was indeed correct but that meant that one of the sights was wrong, so I began to do more research and found that there were other sources that were saying that examfx was incorrect, so I had stopped using the course and decided I wanted to cancel the course. So I looked up how to cancel the course and get a refund where I had then found the terms for a refund I had met all the terms except they said that if the sight is used for over an hour the refund will not be issued however I decided to call because I figured since the website was delivering incorrect information on the course, that would be reason enough to give a refund for someone who had purchased the course for less than a day. However, I was told to take my issue to the escalation team. But the escalation team had responded that even if their information was incorrect, they believed that they had enough correct information on the course to allow me to pass my test and would not issue me a refund or even a partial refund.Business Response
