I would have gave you a 0 but there is…

I would have gave you a 0 but there is none. But to send something to someone who hasn't EVER!!! order from you and then ask for payment and when I don't pay you have a debt collector on me. I would have NEVER!!! order something that cost $80.00 and especially something that is useless to me. I take care of both of my elderly parents and for you too do something like this makes me SICK. I have told all of my friends they won't even order NOTHING from you NOW. This bussiness is a scam.!!!!

I have been a customer of Figi"s for decades!

I have been a customer of Figi"s for decades, I love their products and give offen as gifts! EVERYONE loves their chocolates, brownies and nuts. I do not mind the price for good quality...and I am damn sure not going to let a recall deter me from continuing to use! Every major company has had to recall something at one time or another. Figi's has me as a life long customer!

Figis stole from my 72 year old mother…

Figis stole from my 72 year old mother whom was trying to make my Christmas season a little brighter.

Figi substituted crap cheeses and low end sausage for a Ribeye while delivering $100 worth of product and charging her over $200. They didn't deliver two fudge wheels or a smoked Turkey breast.

Product quality has gone down hill severely since the buy out, you're best to not even bother trying to deal with customer service, they'll just hang up on you or put you on hold to never answer.

Corporate door slamming while rotating perishable stock not even ordered, you're in a sad state Figis.

Just don't buy from Figis.

If I could rate them a zero I would

If I could rate them a zero I would! They send out catalogs with “Pre-approved” NOT “Pre-qualified” plastered on both the outside and inside of the catalog, however, when you place the order and go back to check on the status, you then notice they are requiring a down payment equal to the amount of the product minus the shipping and taxes. I received no notification of such prior to my checking on my own. They also don’t allow you to cancel the order, you have to wait 90 days, as I was advised, for it to “fall off”. This is a deceitful practice! I’ll just simply use one of my credit cards to purchase elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend FIGI’s Gallery to anyone I know!!

If I could leave a review with NO stars at all Figi's wouldn't even get 1 :P

Talk about a crap company. Place an order based on the stated delivery date, have that date changed by Figi's until 4 days AFTER you need it, then call a FULL WEEK prior to the new date to cancel the order, as it will arrive too late to be of use, and have several different CSR's give you the runaround for over an hour before being disconnected.
Forget Figi's, if you want a beef log or squeeze cheese product, use Swiss Colony instead. They care about their customers.

Avoid at All Costs

Been figi customer for years. Moved to a new address. Placed my order online this year like every year. Customer service called cause i moved. Cancelled order and had to replace my order which is stupid because my account number never chnaged. Half hour on phone with customer and uneducated rep only changed my address and never placed new order so 3 family members received no gifts for christmas. Filed complaint with BBB and will write a negative review on every site. Also sent email to owners. Stay far away from this company.

Horrible Customer Service

Tried to order 3 times from this awful company but my simple request for a catalog was denied. When I made my 3rd call to request a catalog, I was treated quite rudely. So, my entire Christmas order was instead given to Harry & David. I will never have any future contact with this totally inept company. (Peter Brooks, Florida)

Bait & Switch

Offered newspaper ad for a special till 12/31 but cannot find it on site and after calling was told it apparently sold out - however the exact one listed on line had a different number, price and shipping cost. Shipping was supposed to be $4.99. They wanted $13.00 plus an additional $10 for the special. No apologies!

Figi's Would Not Honor Their Guarentee

I ordered a gift basket on Dec. 9th to be delivered to a relative before Christmas. The gift basket arrived Dec.26th. Unbelievable!
The customer service person put the blame on the shipping company and offered me 30% refund + S&H. I told her that the web site clearly shows a Guarantee that if for any reason you are unsatisfied, they will refund the purchase. She said that this does not qualify. So I ended up taking the 30% + S&H and will NEVER purchase another item from Figi's again.

I should've read the reviews before …

I should've read the reviews before ordering. Figis got my online order wrong, did not add the full shipping name. They changed a whole word to just a letter. I'm unsure if my gift will be delivered to the correct department in the hospital, or if they'll know who it's from. Customer service reps are untrained and are not helpful. I was disconnected twice. The Supervisor was unable to assist when I called back. This company is unorganized. I will not place any more orders with this company.

Poor Customer Service!!!! Problems not handled timely!!!

It's sad, Figi's have a wonderful product but that does'nt matter much if they have LOUSLY customer service!! They sent a catalog to a past address of my Mother's (she relocated due to Joplin Tornado 2011) and someone ordered $223.00 of food products under her late husbands name, which arrived at new address. Customer Service agents never had a Supervisor on duty to speak to, we have spent weeks trying to get this issue handled. We have had to file a Police Report and still issue has not been resolved. My Mother had updated her account when moving and the company still sent the catalog. No one at company has apologized, and keep insinuating she made the order.

Same complaint as the others...stale, overpriced, under sized

Same complaint as the others, the nuts are stale, the torte's are stale and they substitute cheese and sausage for anything they are out of. Frankly, for what I paid for the Christmas boxes I ordered, I could have gotten less, but much better quality with hickory farms. The sizes and quality have gone down, the prices have gone up. It's not a smart way to run a business, I would suggest whomever is looking at their social media/review presence heed the reviews they're reading - otherwise, the company is going to continue to lose customers.

How is this company still in business?

Ordered gift baskets a week before Christmas to have delivered to relatives, etc. 3 weeks later, I realized they had never been delivered. In fact, because they were out of stock, my orders had been cancelled immediately after placing. The problem is, they never notified me in any way. I felt embarrassed because after I had to ask my relatives if they had received the baskets. Why would it even be possible to order something on their website when they were already out of stock?

I trust and read reviews.That being said maybe some people just have higher expectations than others. The company has to make portions reasonably sized to make money. Better for us too most calories count.The shipping is on the higher end but they package and send it out beautifully.I loved the nut and poppy seed bread .The cheese sampler sreads were nothing special because yes ,they are processed but still tasty enough.I got a lighted wreath that had red roses with bright green leaves. Perfect for Christmas decorating.

I wish I could give less than a 1 star…

I wish I could give less than a 1 star review. I just found out that figis cancelled my Christmas order and did not notify me. I placed the order by phone with a valid Visa card and they told me today they'd cancelled the order and flagged me as a "theft risk"!!!! I am enraged, she couldn't tell me why as I have no theft history! She was demeaning and vague when I demanded specifics. I will never do business with them. Buyer beware!

Have been a customer for a couple of…

Have been a customer for a couple of years and am really disappointed now!
Been told they closed down but want their money to hell with the screw ups of the charges and orders!was told that wed 02/19/19 they quit taking orders.
If you cant get help fixing issues quickly file a complaint with Attorney General Office in your state!

Figis is a "Very Outstanding!! & Repitable Company!!"

This individual is "Extremely Satisfied!!" with the many different types of orders that one has placed and received through this particular company. Not only the gifts that one has received for oneself. Also the many different types of gifts that one has given to family and to one's friends as well. "Thank You So Very Much!!" for always making Christmas and other occasions so very special.

Forget trying to order holiday candy

Forget trying to order holiday candy! Twice I called in orders and both times was very disappointed. At Christmas I ordered things to give as gifts, they were out of stock and sent cheese and sausage to replace candy. I gave them another chance for Easter, only to receive a letter stating most of my order was out of stock, and said they would send replacements. I received 3 items and no replacement items. I will never order anything except the fruitcake that my brother loves from this company. If I can find another place to get a good fruitcake I will stop ordering all together.

open marmalade ruins package

upon taking the cardboard box off of the gift i noticed the cellophane stuck to about 1/3 of the contents due to an open jar of Marmalade, it was unacceptable to receive this and use it as a gift. in disgust i took the wrapper off and dumped the contents in warm water to try to wash the Marmalade stickiness off of the products that were sealed. i just threw the foil wrapped products in the trash, they were totally ruined from the Marmalade leaking into each wrapper. such a sad situation to receive this product in a sticky mess
