Login Flying blue account problem

Login Flying blue account problem

Hello,
I can't login my account, no error message, I entered account number and password and press login in button, but nothing happened.

I also checked this thread and follow the step on the thread, still didn't work.
Flying Blue website: Login down

I enrolled a new account and I can login in, but when I logout, I can't login again :-(
I am looking forward to any advice, thank you!

What error are you getting when trying to re-login? Have you by chance received an email that requires to validate your email address first (Perhaps marked as spam)?

Maybe try with a different Internet connection. For me it’s the same, on the home wifi it never works, when I connect to my phone’s 4G on the same computer it suddenly works. It also worked from my office wifi, but not from my home anymore. So maybe it has something to do with that.

Had the same problem 2 days ago. Tried several browsers, no access. A few hours later problem was solved. So probably the cause is on AF/KL side.

I'm having this problem today. Have tried website, phone app (wifi on, and wifi off/4g), tablet app, WhatsApp and Facebook. No joy.
I can login OK.
Select flights - sometimes yes, sometimes no.
But then ...Every version freezes before I can complete booking.

Finally I can login on Air France app and check award seats.
Still can't login on website by any broswer. At least I may finally check award seats on app.

Then they informed me they couldn't quote biz class for the non-KLM sectors, which I had asked them about upfront.
Maybe it is just a bot.
