@that_lereng @FNBSA I had the same problem last year July, I reported the matter and after 7 days they forwarded me a report saying that the problem was on my side.
I then escalated the matter to the Ombudsman of banking SA for further perusal and after their investigations, my money was paid.

@Ketso28 @FNBSA It's not only @FNBSA that has that issue, all SA banks.
Our banking system is too advanced for most security systems to work effectively, There wasn't much FNB could do to prevent hackers from getting the card cloned, but one could have a 3D secure setup that needs approval 1st
