freelogoservices.com sent me the wrong…

freelogoservices.com sent me the wrong business cards. I had to stay on a chat for 30 minutes to only be told that they couldn't reorder mine that it would need to be sent to another department. This would take another 24-48 hours to just get back to me. Again, this was their mistake. They then got back to me and said they would reprint the cards but it could take up 14 days to receive after pricing. This was their mistake! They said in the email they would offer no compensation as I already had free shipping. They wouldn't even expediate the shipping. The worst customer service experience I have had. There are many companies that print business cards, don't use this company. Customer service and operations are terrible. They are owned by Deluxe checks.

Poor communication

I’ve used this company a few times most recent I ordered some company pens back in June. The pens have never arrived, I’ve emailed them 3 times and nobody has ever responded.

UPDATE - I have been refunded but poor communication from the company, overall I’d give them 4 stars

I do see that you attempted to contact support on 3 occasions. Each time we responded within two business days. I apologize if any of these communications were not received. If you have blocked email from FreeLogoServices in the past, that could have kept our emails from coming through. I am trying to make a payment to…

I am trying to make a payment to reactive my email address but only accept credit card payments. Have made several attempts to pay by debit details but no luck. Not getting a related email back just send instructions and insists on credit card. Just want email back online

Printed “Linked Image not found” on mugs

We ordered 9 custom mugs. On the order form and site everything looked good, included images we uploaded for the back of the mugs. We received the mugs very quickly, but instead of the image we uploaded it said “linked image not found.” There was absolutely no indication when ordering that there would be any problem. It also was a saved image and not a link. There is no phone number. We emailed on a Friday and got a response on Monday. After some emails back and forth, they reprinted the mugs correctly. Turned out well, but should not have happened.

Broken Mugs

Several years ago, I needed a logo fast, and this was not a "free" option as their name indicates. Granted, I bought some useful things from the company several years ago, but this past year was HORRIBLE. Mugs arrived broken twice, I had to BEG for refunds, and I'm still waiting for the last shipment of items that were sent to the wrong address. "Shaldon" promised to rectify the situation, but has not replied to my email. I think it's a cheap company that hires people in India to answer customer complaints. They will say canned answers such as, "I appreciate your patience," and "I completely understand your concern," Bla bla bla. I suggest going with a different company if you want quality items and quality service.

Unfortunately we are unable to control shipping damages as that is on the carrier transporting the products -- we do not ship out broken or damaged products that are broken within the facility. Update: Item arrived

Update: It's only fair to update this review...
A day after posting my review, I received an email from customer service with a tracking number. The item was en route. Apparently their website isn't being updated as it needs to because it still showed "In production" the day I received the item. I am pleased with the shirt I received. It's just a shame there is no way to deal with their customer service in a real-time manner.

Have ordered a number of products before with mixed results. Currently I am waiting on ONE embroidered polo shirt. Just one. It's been "In Production" for two weeks, and I do not receive a response to my email inquiry. I cannot find a phone number to call. Customer service now, as before, is unacceptable. If you can't deliver ONE shirt, refund my money.

After giving the company the opportunity and four weeks to rectify still nothing no website transfer or even anyone to speak to in regards to it. They say on the chat their supervisor will get back to me and still yet no correspondence. As you can see from their response they state " two month credit to cover the next two recurring monthly payments as well" however today they attempted to take more money out of my account!!! If i could give them 0 star i would!!! i have now decided to move to a different company!!!

I have been with this company since…2018

I have been with this company since 2018, so over 5 years, for my business domain, email, and Google G-Suite. Last month my Credit card was compromised and cancelled by my CC company. I forgot to inform this company of my new card number so when they went to renew my subscriptions, they weren't approved.
I blame myself for not contacting them to change my CC on file. But...it would have been very much appreciated if they could have contacted me to let me know they weren't able to process my payment. Instead, I just one day no longer have access to my email account or all my Google Drive files.
I went and updated my CC info as soon as I found out, but it has been a day and a half and nothing has been repaired/reactivated. Furthermore, all the emails I have sent them have been ignored thus far.
I will be switching providers.

I had switched banks

I had switched banks - and noticed that some of my subscriptions had been cancelled. I went in, and updated all of the information (new credit card and banking information) - yet I still cannot get into my account. I am losing money by the hour because I cannot get into my account. No phone number to call - and I have emailed numerous times with no response. What does a person have to do to get ahold of this place?

If you ever run into this again in the future, once a subscription is cancelled, you should see a "Reactivate" button where it once said "Edit Site" before. Once this button is used after the payment method has been updated, it will purchase and restart your subscription. Unfortunately we do not have customer support on weekends, which is why no one was able to get back to you immediately.

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. Someone has created an account with FreeLogoServices using my credit card. I've explained this in 10 different emails. Unless I can give the email address and details on the account that was created, they will not help me. Since I did not create the account, I cannot provide. They are continuting to charge my credit card regardless.

Thank you for reaching out. Our support team does have to verify all billing information and some account details before being able to take action on an account. However, if you dispute the transaction through your financial institution as fraud, we generally refund and cancel all charges and shut the account down completely. I do apologize that someone has stolen your credit card information, but that information is compromised now and you should shut the card down so no further charges can be made.

Please let us know if you have any questions, and make sure to reach out to your financial institution about getting a new card, as well as disputing the charge(s) made to your account.

DONT TOUCH!!

DONT TOUCH!!! this company.
Brought a logo few months later another company had the same logo as me and they did nothing to rectify the situation.
Also appalling customer service no contact number all done through email which they do not get back to you only with information that is irrelevant.

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND

After a long stressful day I realised this companies customer service are based in America. So what felt like I was being ignored all day was actually because of the time difference. As soon as they picked up my emails and this review I was contacted immediately. Having said that in a business critical situation like I had today I think that email is not a very effective customer support method (as it takes a day to respond and there is no live chat or phone options).



PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND -

My domain renewed yesterday and shows as Paid and ready to use on your account details page. However our domain has been down since yesterday and none of our emails or website is working. All of our clients and customers can't reach us and we are literally losing business by the minute. I have spoken twice to Gandi the company that hold the domain and they have said that it's freelogo's issue as they need to take it off hold - but there is no contact number and no live chat - just an email contact form that says someone will hopefully respond in 1 day???!!!!!!!!!!

Unethical Business Practices

Do NOT give them your credit card details! I bought a logo in 2019 and now I'm being charged for a domain I never wanted nor do I even know what it is! I have never received an email or an invoice either! When I finally figured out who charged me and contacted them through a chat (as they have no phone number) they cancelled the domain and told me they would refund my money but apparently now are not able to process the refund!!!

Unable to Get a Response Back

I purchased a domain name and website a couple days ago not realizing that my husband had already started designing one thru another site. I cancelled both my domain name and website 1 day after purchase and site said it was immediately cancelled. We want to use that same domain name thru other site but says domain name isn't available. Have tried contacting to see when FreeLogoServices will release it, but no response and they have no phone # to contact. I planned to still purchase a logo and all my physical marketing materials from them, however I am having second thoughts since they have yet to reply and assist with my issue.

Good choice of logos. Please Read.

Plenty of quality logos to choose from, although highly recommended to make little tweaks and/or add text in order to make your logo unique, as other companies are able to purchase the same logo after you, and that company can also tweak their version.

You can save your chosen / tweaked logo into your account-folder and edit it at any time. If you then decide that you want to download your logo to use for business cards, garments, websites, etc, then you pay the required fee of £32 (UK) , which is quite reasonable compared to a company who could charge significantly more to create a logo for you.

You can make further tweaks to your logo (font/colours) within the first year, but will then have to pay a smaller fee for such changes AFTER one year (approx' up to £15, possibly less with discount), which is why I have given my review 4-stars, as I assumed I could make font/colour changes to my logo text anytime after I bought my finalised logo, and not just within one year.

Good helpful customer service with detailed and polite responses, and I would recommend FreeLogoServices.

The worst company ever there the…

The worst company ever there the biggest scam on the face of the earth, they have cancelled my membership at 5 times on the past 4 months I lost over $50k of work and clientele, I have already got my lawyer involved and considering in suing them, if they don't do something about it.
