Not my first order from funky pigeon and they are usually pretty good but on this occasion the card I ordered was really late, email telling me it was dispatched Wednesday 15th May, my card didn’t get to its destination until Tuesday 20th May! Very disappointed but could be Royal Mail! Would help if there was more tracking information.

Found an item for my son's birthday - he lives in Jersey so it can be a pain to send things due to customs declarations etc. Amazon EU took the order and failed to even give me an expected delivery date for 7 days after placing it. Found the same item on Funky Pigeon, cheaper, no issues getting it to Jersey and arrived on his birthday despite a Bank Holiday between order and arrival. Well done Funky Pigeon - I will check you before Amazon in future!
Website is easy to navigate and to personalise a card. App is far more glitchy and keeps failing.
Customer service slow at responding (over a week)
Reasonable cost for card and delivery. Plenty of choice. I have deleted the app and will stick to web.

Great quality as always but deliver too late for birthday
As usual the ordering process was very easy and i was happy with the quality as always. Disappointly on this occassion the card arrived a few days after the stated delivery date and birthday.

Where are my items?
Two items I bought did not arrive I have been waiting for them since March , I contacted them a couple of days ago as I had waited long enough . No response they completely ignored me ,is this how they deal with unhappy customers when buyers ignoring their request for a refund if the item has had 2 months

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, Funky Pidgeon should not use services of Royal Mail if they are unreliable.
Tracking number provided does not give you information concerning whereabouts of goods, only tells you if an attempt to deliver has failed .Unfortunately I have had previous non delivery of goods experience via Royal Mail and had I known Funky Pidgeon were using Royal Mail I would have ordered goods with another company. Just not good enough 😕

No more quick delivery
Funky Pigeon have always been reliable at getting cards and gifts delivered on time. Now they are using Evri this has changed. Won't be ordering from them again.

Utterly pathetic
Utterly pathetic. If you don't like to gamble whether you get what you ordered, avoid avoid avoid avoid.
10 days and still no card (paid premium tracked service). 1 week and still no answer from customer service.

My daughter ordered me some flowers for…
My daughter ordered me some flowers for my birthday, when they arrived 3/4 of them had to be thrown away as they were broken 😡 after she complained they sent out another bunch, much smaller and completely different, seriously!!!!!!!! They are now refusing to rectify their mistakes, a new bunch should be sent and my daughter should be refunded as a goodwill gesture, I will be advising everyone not to use this company, bad products and terrible customer service

Lesson learnt, stick to MOONPIG people. Never had trouble with them.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service.
Ordered a birthday card and paid for next day delivery. Delivered to wrong address (proof photo just a silver letter box). Contacted customer services via email, after several days waiting for them to get back to me they advised it was delivered. Was not the correct letter box, which I informed them. Asked for a refund as card cost £6 with next day delivery, only able to offer a replacement (a week later). Will not be ordering again.
