Always enjoy ordering cards & gifts from Funky Pigeon. Website is easy to navigate, good choices for all occasions. Good prices, plenty of gifts to choose from to enhance chosen cards. Found an item for my son's birthday - he lives in Jersey so it can be a pain to send things due to customs declarations etc. Amazon EU took the order and failed to even give me an expected delivery date for 7 days after placing it. Found the same item on Funky Pigeon, cheaper, no issues getting it to Jersey and arrived on his birthday despite a Bank Holiday between order and arrival. Well done Funky Pigeon - I will check you before Amazon in future!

I never find putting these cards together is very easy and it always takes me at least 1 hour to complete an order for just one card. However, I'm once again happy with the end result, the price is reasonable and delivery always very rapid! I'm just grateful I only have to do these cards twice a year for my 2 Grandchildren!!!!

After the problems of getting my grandaughter her birthday gift and being told it was reieved but still never recieved it chris at the customer happiness team cancelled the gift card and replaced it

I can’t find a link on your site to…

I can’t find a link on your site to allow myself to complain about a birthday card I had delivered today 07/06/2025. The card packaging is damaged/creased envelope. I used this before and never had an issue until today. Funky Pigeon site is not customer friendly to make a complaint, the links are absolutely useless and I will try my luck at moon pig for my next card 😡

Orders never come and no customer service

I ordered a card for my son’s 18th, it never came. I emailed the company and got in touch through every outlet they have and no one ever got back in touch. I thought it was the postal service. I just ordered my youngest son’s birthday card and my Husbands for a significant birthday. It says it was delivered on the 4th but there’s been no delivery I’ve contacted them again and still no reply and the birthday has now passed.
Not a legitimate company clearly, avoid!

I will not be using this website again items never arrived was told i would get another item sent as the first one went missing via Royal Mail no item still nearly a month of ordering was for a special birthday very unhappy

Don't rely on the Pigeon for gifts to be delivered!

Ordered two personalised calenders for Christmas presents last year, after taking up a voucher code. Only received one a week before Christmas. Was gutted as I spent alot of time organising the photos and was looking forward to gifting these.

Had NO response from "Customer Care ". Had to contact my back and issue a chargeback to obtain a refund for the one calender.

Shambles of a company, will never use again and definitely do not recommend!

Awful

Very poor quality

Very poor quality! Bad quality socks, print was poor althrough high quality image was used. fabric is very bad and cheap feeling. feel totally ripped off! £15 for crap socks!

quality has dropped considerably - no more gloss on front of card

The quality has dropped considerably since I last ordered from funky pigeon. Really disappointed, the card is very thin and not glosses so I genuinely could have printed it off at home. Really disappointed. No where does it give an option for gloss etc. charging the same price for a card that is much lower quality. I do think it’s positive for recycling purposes but will never order again from them. I’m embarrassed to give the card to someone

Delivery due date came and went no card.

After previously using FP and having multiple issues with mainly cards not coming on time I decided to give up using them. I thought last week with a special birthday coming up I would try again and it’s not improved ! The due date past still no card so had to purchase one from a local card retailer. It’s a shame as the goods are great - If you want a card order well in advance and don’t bother complaining as they aren’t bothered anyway. App deleted won’t use again.

Disappointing

Had to design the same 4 cards multiple times as the platform kept defaulting to .com which didn't have a payment option for me. Website is not user friendly or intuitive. Different features available depending on whether using mobile or desktop view. Overall incredibly frustrating and will certainly not be using it again nor will I be recommending it.

Company gone bad

Used to be a good comapny have gone down hill. Website is now awful lot of features now removed and full of bugs. I placed and order for some cards the site crashed on me the order didnt go through. Tried again different computer different location samrething happened. Tried 3rd time checked my basket to see I only had 1 of each item. Order went through. then got 3 lots of replies to 3 seperate orders. Tiried contacting them but never got a reply. buyer beware, all they care about is getting your money.

Dreadful company,1st time I used them ordered 3 cards in plenty of time for May Birthdays none have arrived,tried reordering still no cards,emails went for weeks without acknowledging or sorting the issue.Now have deleted account and gone elsewhere.

I ordered flowers for a special…

I ordered flowers for a special occasion my mums bday and my parents Anniversary. The flowers arrived damaged some parts were dead and all flat. I paid alot for them to be in good condition for a special occasion. I have e taken pictures and im extremely cross, angry disappointed with the quality.

Messing me about

Tried to purchase a card for my brother.
At payment stage, used Apple Pay.

Had a message saying it could not be completed, tried again, same message.
I then tried PayPal, again error message.

I then entered my card details - again error message.

I attempted to make payment 5 times in total, 3 different methods.
The first rejected payment, I was charged.
Yet I still had the card in my basket, not confirmation message of order and because it was the weekend I could not wait around.

I then ordered a card with a different company - no issues using Apple Pay there…
I then contacted customer services - I had an acknowledgment email, then 30 minutes after that I had a confirmation of order email.

I do not need 2 birthday cards & I want a refund!

Update: had a response from Cerri - who is an absolute moron. Didn’t help, I provided evidence of the card being in my basket, I had no confirmation, the page did not refresh and I just had the same error message. Therefore I shopped elsewhere.

Absolute cheek of funky pigeon making…

Absolute cheek of funky pigeon making you pay separate deliveries! Why isn’t it all Included like it used to be? £6 odd to send a separate box of chocolates?! As well as separate postage for my cards, definitely won’t be using them again, will be using moon pig in future!
