Unable to login into Gearbox Software Shift account
I am unable to log into the Gearbox Shift account with my login details. I can login on the Shift website ok but not in game. I always get the error sign-in failed "Your email and password do not match a Gearbox Software Shift account". :sadskull:

Just had this problem. So I closed the game, went to https://shift.gearboxsoftware.com/ and logged in there, set up a profile, then logged back in the game and it worked.

I have an idea, log into Shift on Borderlands 2 first then check BL 1 you might be logged in automatically.

Worked for me after I went into the Import menu. Had a popup in there regarding starter weapons. Automatically logged into Shift afterwards.
