3 Setting up My Menu in Banner Click on My Banner, then on GUAPMNU TECHNOLOGY SERVICES BANNER SUPPORT

6 Configuration of Banner forms-Names TECHNOLOGY SERVICES BANNER SUPPORT Banner form names consist of seven characters Position 1: Identifies the primary system controlling the form. A Admissions I Faculty Load C Catalog L Location Management E Support Services M CAPP E Events Management O Overall S Student System P Person F Registration R Recruiting G General Student S Schedule H Grades/Academic History T Validation Form/Table U Utility Position 3: Identifies the type of form, job, table. A Application Form I Inquiry form R Rules table V Validation table (lists of values) Positions 4, 5, 6, 7 Uniquely identify the purpose and use of a form, report, job or table. The following is an example of 4-character form name: SPAIDEN S Student System P Person Menu A Application Form IDEN Identification SPAIDEN is a student system form that is used to add changes to the person information.
