I love all of my Glossybox purchases…

I love all of my Glossybox purchases and subscription. You get a great range of products to try, some products I would never have considered buying until I had tried them. I get so excited for my Glossybox every month.

Easy to order and all straightforward

Easy to order and all straightforward. Have ordered a monthly box for my daughter who lives in Devon. She is looking forward to receiving her goodies !

Good price on the box

Good price on the box, but sadly some boxes have increased in price for the amount you pay maybe have like a few extra items or boxes that are focus on face masks or make up and not a few items that might not go together

There was a really good selection of…

There was a really good selection of items but sadly only 2 were really for me. I do understand not everyone’s going to like everything
But despite filling in the Taylor make what you have. Really hasn’t worked I filled in I had white/grey un coloured hair then I get a box with colour treated shampoo and conditioner
I’ve just ordered 3 mystery boxes. They will determine my account with glossy box. But I have enjoyed some of the products and trying new products out

Courtney & Rosie

Both Courtney & Rosie were really helpful with my problem, I needed to cancel my subscription and both helped quickly and efficiently no questions asked - sad to be leaving glossy box but il be back. What a great team you have.

Repeat peoducts

I have been a subscriber for a long time, fun to open up a little box of cosmetics each month but one of the main perks - being introduced to knew products - seems to no longer be the case.

This months issue there was only 1 product I hadn’t received previously all others had been part of the selection at different times.


Some of the products are still nice just no longer a glimpse into new exciting products and trends anymore.

Not so Glossybox good

Tried to stop subscription afyer a coupple if months as I did not want to continue it, but they do not allow you too, you have to continue for a whole year. I asked repeatedly to cancel and nothing. I even cancelled my payment method but they obviously still have it on record and are still sending boxes and taking payments every month. Unfortunately I will not be able to reccomend this company to anyone due to this. I bought a couple of surprise boxes initially which had a snack bar inside and on both occasions they were out of date, not good at all. I did tell them too but they did not seem to be bothered about it..

Easy to get started

Very easy to subscribe and lots of options from one to three months and all have pay upfront and pay monthly options making it super flexible. Looking forward to receiving my first box!

Subscription options slightly confusing …

Only thing was I wasn’t quite sure with subscription options a wanted to just do 12 months at £11.50 per month, found the upfront payment option slightly confusing! As didn’t want to be paying 12 months upfront! So had to flit about to double check glossybox were just taking one month £11.50 from my account when setting up a 12 month subscription. As a returning customer( I miss my glossy box!) I wanted the same as my previous account,

Virtual Assistant doesn’t work!

I have bought a subscription as a gift. I don’t want it to automatically continue, tried the virtual assistant but it was unable to help with my query. If this is the way you choose to interact with your customers it needs to be more intuitive. Otherwise great company!

Avoid

Avoid. It is impossible to cancel the subscription. They either don’t answer calls. Send you running in circles with robot chat or try to persuade you to stay by knocking £2 off but then don’t answer when you say no. I want to
Cancel my subscription and there should be an easy straightforward way to do this. It’s appalling and infuriating. I will tell everyone I know that stopping a subscription is a complete nightmare.
